I was due in September 2025 and contacted the office in late March and received a reply in April that I was indeed on the list. Several times I reached out throughout the year and each time I was told the scheduler would get with me. It never happened. In September I was told that the colonoscopy may not even be in 2025. I reached out to a gastroenterologist through Orlando Health and I was immediately given an appointment and scheduled in November. Dr Strickland had done my previous two procedures so I was technically not a new patient. I am not sure if it is an office or an organizational problem. There are eight doctors sharing this facility and my doctor was not pleased that things were moving so slowly. Once they did get started though, they moved pretty quick. Even though they were over an hour late starting my procedure. It was only a half hour past the time they originally told me I'd be done. Still, when you're not allowed any food or drink for 12 to 24 hours before the procedure an extra hour or two starving is not fun.

Bay Area gave me the impression they were more interested in providing me with good health care rather than a healthy bill. After the procedure I was given a full report along with my pretzels and ginger ale.
