Closed off to just random adults for the teens, only teens can enter, and it is a huge area. The same with kids; you need to have a child to enter the section. I did not have my babies with me on my visit, so I did not get to go in, but I know that they will love it. It is a big area, and it looks lively and cute in there. Something my kids would enjoy. I came here to print stuff for work and ended up loving this cute library; it's better than most of the libraries back home in Los Angeles. My kids are coming to town to visit, and I can't wait to bring them here and show them this library that I know they will love.

I have borrowed so many books and the customer service is fantastic. If they don't have a certain book they will try to get it from Kingman and it's usually waiting for me in just a couple days. It's so clean, quiet and just a great place to relax and hang out a bit. They have so much more than books. Can't rave enough about our Library and its staff.

They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service while proactively anticipating the needs of their customers. They were outstanding in solving WiFi connectivity problems, recommending and assisting with online library resources, securing study rooms, and answering our general and specific questions. It's fairly rare to find a business or service where every employee is highly competent and excellent with the public but this library staff is all of the above. Thanks for a great experience!

The selection of classes is garbage. Most classes are online run by professors who don't even live in the state of Arizona. To top it off, their website for these online classes is confusing, not-user friendly, and a hot mess overall. Every time I have gone in for a test that needed to be proctored, I can count on the office staff to be late and unorganized... 25% of the time, they are having some sort of issue with the computers. After one semester at MCC, I am seriously looking forward to finding a better institution in Phoenix. (Mind you this isn't my first time attending college...I have earned my BA and a masters...so when I say MCC sucks, it is because it SUCKS).

If you are looking for a quiet place to work, this might not be the place in the afternoon. There were tons of adorable kids running around in the kids section - definitely a good thing. Unfortunately, the library is small enough that there's no way to get separated from the hustle and bustle if you need to concentrate.

It's set up "oddly", is noisy, smells (old?), and doesn't have the greatest, newest books to choose from. I almost always take advantage of the Book Mobile, which is the saving grace of this library. With so much growth in this town, it would be nice if the library was on top of the town's agenda to rebuild and update.
