This particular dentist is sharing the medical centre with an optometrist. It can be a little strange at first but as soon as I arrived. their friendly staff greeted me. They were very helpful and after a couple fo minutes I was accepted into the surgery room on time. The dentist was very professional and provided me with a painless treatment. She was also very patient and explained to me in detail the procedure. This helped me feeling more relaxed as I knew what was coming. I was quietly surprised. Today I saw the Dental Hygienist and it was so much better than what I've experienced before. Everyone in the practice were super friendly and have great smiles! Appointments run on time, which is a big bonus, so happy to go in on time. Thank you for making my experience at the dentist a good one.

Every nurse, receptionist, and dentist I've come across is there to get the job done promptly and get you out of there. They are nice, but know that you've probably got better things to do than be at the dentist. They're always gentle on my mouth and have tv's mounted on the ceiling to distract you while they're digging around. I've since moved out of Drummoyne, but will continue driving back when I have an appointment because I like them and don't want to risk trying elsewhere.

The phobia stems from a disastrous experience as a youngster that should never be happened to anyone in any life time. Fortunately things have changed now. The dentist was reasonable with the payment and values me as a patient. The dentist showed great concern for my welfare...which I find a rarity in this hard cold world at times. Just Smiles Dentistry is right at Ashfield Station and it is easier to go by train than to find a parking spot in the area.

THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH DOCTOR…read more I do not recommend this Dentist's work to anyone! For the same setback to occur not once but twice within the span of a few short months is totally unacceptable. Dr Arjun Jeganathan was visited on two separate occasions for a new denture to be crafted and fitted. On the first occasion, on coming home from collecting new denture after initial fitting within the first 48 hours a single front tooth came out whilst eating, it was also swallowed [unsmiley face]. On eventually returning to the Swansea Dental Practice the experience of losing said tooth from denture was explained to Dr Jeganathan, he then proceeded to make arrangements for denture to be repaired YET AGAIN, and stated if you have the same problem to let him know about it, of course nothing was suggested about procedure being free of charge owing to any failing of dentist in the first instance, (for goodness sake, you shouldn't be having the same problem, a statement like this only suggests that you are going to be having the same problem). Well, he did repair said tooth in a fashion, this so called "repaired" tooth came out of denture for a second time, the tooth is made of gold, and it was swallowed on the first occasion. Try to imagine the annoyance with this man's ability to craft a denture, in all the years of having this style of denture fitted, and I am talking 40+ years, this occurrence has never, EVER happened. This was no laughing matter, and so annoyed with the whole Swansea Dental Practice experience, and after this entire bungled episode it was decided not to return to Dr Jeganathan. Dr Jeganathan, haven't you ever heard of a thing called dental concrete or any other dental bonding agent? I'm damned if I know what bonding method you are using, but your ability to bond a single tooth to a denture is a nasty, nasty health hazard [unsmiley face]. For a dentist who claims to have a special interest in prosthodontics and periodontics and also states the he derives a great deal of pleasure from seeing patients smile once more, and believes good health can increase a person's overall happiness your practices are highly questionable. I CANNOT and DO NOT recommend Dr. Arjun Jeganathan competence as a dentist, his academic integrity is questionable at best and an unpardonable joke at worst. Definitely not the gold standard of expertise that was expected (and absolutely not the diamond standard). NOT good enough. ZERO STAR RATING from me.

This place has moved over to Park Rd, near Parramatta Road…read more Dr Tran is a really great dentist, very gentle and considerate! I have recommended him to multiple friends and they are all happy. My bill is pretty much always covered completely by health insurance, and if it's not, they often discount the bill! They send check up reminders every 6 months, and give calls to remind of upcoming appointments. It's an all round great dentist surgery!
