I'm not sure how I feel about this store. Let me explain!! We were out shopping in the mall. The kids popped in the Cellfix store. My nephew asked questions on a cellphone case. Of course, the employees helped him. The cellphone he owns is very old that only plays games. With that being said, we did not want to spend money on a case that would be thrown away soon. So when we caught up with my nephew, the gentleman never asked if there's a price cap to this old phone. He found one that fits, but not made for this outdated phone. Then preceded to ask my nephew what kind of laser addition he wanted for his phone. He pointed to the counter display of what was available. Now, this employee should have asked if this was okay. He should have asked how much he could spend FIRST! Kids under ten years old do not truly understand money. My nephew wanted everything this employee was offering. We had to step in to say this phone was not worth all the add ons!! Anyway, I don't suggest letting kids in the store and looking at all the accessories. Especially if you're not willing to pay for your outdated phone! As for the store, it offers quite a large selection of cellphone accessories. The employees should ask adults for expectations before showing young shoppers without money. read more

my iphone 11 had a cracked screen so I went to cell fix to get the screen replaced and it to 30 min. When I came back they were done, i had my phone fixed. But i knew there was seeming off the colors and and brightnes looked off. I went to settings and it was marking that the display was not official and that it was not from apple. My iPhone 11 started to glitch a lot it was getting so annoying then my phone had a random small crack even though i had never dropped it, couple days later the crack got bigger and bigger until those colorful lines popped up every where. I recommend to go to best buy or and apple store to get it fix. read more

I came in there to have my husband phone fixed. Told me yes we can fix it in 30 mins. Told me a price I a paid the man. He charged my card 185.12 Came back for the phone and he said need more time. So another 40 mins goes by. I go back to pick up the phone and he tells me it's gonna be another 50 bucks because something else is going on. So you charge me more so now I'm up to 230 bucks to fix a phone that is still broken. Won't return our money and their way of making it right is coming back and buying a phone from them. So spend more money in his store. . Horrible business and even worst customer service. If your charging someone 230 bucks to fix a phone you better guarantee your work. Would never recommend them to anyone. And will be telling everyone I know. Not to go here. read more

so after about $200 they fucked up my phone so bad that the display colors are messed up and my phone glitches at least once a day.... I have called with these problems and they say "I can not help unless you want to pay full price for a new screen".... so I went in with a crack and now have to get an entirely new phone.... thank you for the inconvenience you pricks. read more

Horrible place! Got my screen repaired. They left fingerprints on the inside of the camera so photo quality is now compromised. Literally set my phone on the counter face up 4 days later and it cracked. I took my receipt back in and demanded a refund. The man rudely huffed and said no refunds and that he didn't sell it to me. I called the number on the receipt and the response was 'No refund, I will be in deep water with my supplier company. People a lot of times come back two hours later to have it repaired again.' To which I responded, 'So you knew you were selling me a defective product for $275? And I still can't get a refund?' He hung up on me at that point. The Better Business Bureau will definitely be hearing about the scam they are running. (For those who thinks I overpaid for a screen repair, I called every place in the area and everyone wanted $350 due to the fact that my screen curves at the edges making it atypical.) read more
