My phone stopped charging, so I decided to take it in for a diagnostic. It cost bout 40$ for the diagnostic. They told me my port was broken, and repairing the port would cost about 75$. They credited the diagnostic cost, so only 75 total! Great! However, the phone still didn't work. Turns out the problem was an internal chip. At this point, they tell me they will credit the 75$ to a new phone. Great! The problem is that they only had a very limited selection of phones and the phones were highly overpriced--about twice as much as you could buy them on Amazon. Even with the credit, I would be paying a lot more for a phone from them. For 75$, I received an incorrect diagnostic and an unneeded repair. Do yourself a favor and buy a new phone. read more

Went in to get a phone for me because mine had broken and left with one for myself and even got my girlfriend an upgrade. Bill gave us a really good deal for buying 2 phones. Came here to replace my iPhone 6 screen that shattered, they replaced the screen for $180 and it didn't last because it came apart. So I take it back and they "fix it" but a month later it comes apart again. All in all It was terrible workmanship in my opinion. I would not recommend going to this place for phone repair because they obviously cannot provide adequate service. read more

They replaced my iPhone 6+ screen very fast and did an awesome job. They even put on a screen protector for free they did it all in under 15 min. I saw the previous review so if for some odd reason it comes apart I'll let you know but I don't think I'll have a problem. To leave a review I had to leave 1 star at least and I don't even want to leave one. Very disappointed in this place of business! Went in because I couldn't hear to well when I received a call. They charge quite a bit just to clean a simple earpiece. Whilch finding out it cost way less at this other place. Then I mentioned to him that on the keyboard the letter t was having trouble to push down or type.The only letter on the whole screen having a issue. He said he would do a software reset to see if that would fix the problem. Of course I said yes but here comes the part he omitted. When I received my phone he said the whole screen needed to be replaced. Well when I took it the screen worked fine. Now I couldn't open my messages I couldn't swipe to answer calls. I was angry and told him the phone wasn't like this before I left it to him. He said that doing the software update made it worst instead of fixing the issue with the t. Then told me I needed to pay $299 to fix the screen. Excuse me no because it was not like this before I left it. He then told me I wasn't educated on phones repair and that's what happens when you do a software update. I never heard of that! I will never go to this place again! They rip people off of hard earn money to make a quick buck! I found another reliable place and they explain the process and what possibly they could have done to damage my screen to get me to replace it. I paid wayyy less than what this so call business was asking for. Very bad business ethic!!!! Do not recommend!!! They saved my phone! I dropped it in the river and rushed it here for emergency repair! They took it apart and completely dried it out. I was told that they were able to save it since I got it to them so quickly (20 minutes). I ended up needing a new screen and microphone, but it could have been way worse. If you ever dunk your iphone, don't wait, don't put it in rice, take it to a professional within an hour if possible since it can start to corrode quickly.
