Their gear ranges from the basic to the super advanced. If they have a piece of gear that's made as a clone, it's marked as such. I could tell you about being ripped off by another store selling clones as authentic, but these guys don't do that. One thing I really like is that if you give them a chance, they'll know what you look for. Unlike another place I used to habit, they don't automatically push the latest and most expensive. They've recommended good, dependable gear in my power range that continues to work well. I have no complaints here.

I have never really gotten good service and have never been truly satisfied. However, one of the staff members sold me a pod instead of a disposable vape when I clearly asked for a disposable vape. When I returned to ask for an exchange because it didn't work, I was met with extreme rudeness. It's frustrating to be such a loyal customer and get no loyalty in return. I had a very sweet gentleman mix me up some aromatherapy while we perused the store. My husband is fighting stage 4 cancer & I was looking for some natural things to help him. Jason helped us & my God- he was GREAT! He gave me local cancer survivors resources & even let me borrow a book on Immunotherapy. He was a wealth of knowledge as a cancer survivor himself. I took my time as there were many vitamins, herbal loose leave and encapsulated teas along with juices, powders, tinctures and general good for you grocery products too. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and I really enjoyed my time there. It is the middle of the lunch hour and the shop is fairly busy which is always good to see as you know their products are fresher than most stores of this type. I noticed you can fill your water cooler jugs there as well. Glad I stopped in and I know I will be back when I need some products I can't find anywhere else in Winston Salem.
