I ended up finding her Yelp page and saw her website didn't require me to text her to book and there was an opening the next day! I wanted a relaxing yet deep tissue massage. It's so hard to find a good masseuse that knows how to do your back well with a rhythm and flow and I've been to so many places in SoCal and have only found one person who does an amazing deep tissue on the back and now I can say I found another one! I have stiff shoulders and tension in my neck and upper and lower back //ENVIRONMENT// She is located inside a bigger building/medical like building and inside that room there are other masseuse I believe renting out different rooms and she has her own room. It was extremely relaxing and cozy, her bed is comfortable and heating. It was sanitary //MASSAGE// The massage was fantastic and she just had amazing rhythm! No weird flows, good pressure and really tried getting my knots out lol. Deep tissue definitely gets in there and I felt like she did just that! I hate when they can't feel your knots or pain points but I felt like she knew! //SERVICE// Melanie was a great communicator and answered my texts in a timely manner. As much as I love my masseuse back home I liked Melanie's style more because she greets you earlier when you arrive and starts right on the dot of your appointment! She's super friendly and makes you feel so welcome! //PRICE// I paid $120 for my 90 min at the time of my booking //OVERALL// I will definitely be back to see Melanie when I'm in Vegas!

In looking up Jill's contact info for my upcoming trip, I saw a text from back in March of her asking me to do a yelp review... which unfortunately slipped my mind! Anyway the fact that I am looking to see her again is testimony that my first experience was a good one. Not all massage therapists are the same, and Jill is one of the best therapists I've ever had work on me. I have some incredibly tight issues in my upper back and shoulders, and she had great skill in helping getting my body to loosen up. I felt very good after the session, and highly recommend.

On one occasion I couldn't get through on the phone, and they actually called me back almost immediately, I didn't even leave a message. Such a small thing, but it really shows how attentive they are. Every visit feels smooth and easy. They're great at explaining different massage options, helping match you with the right therapist, and making sure you're comfortable from the moment you walk in. Like any wellness place, sometimes cancellations happen, especially if a therapist is sick. While it's never ideal, they've always handled it professionally and tried to accommodate us in the best way possible, which I really appreciate. What keeps me coming back is not just the service but the variety of massage styles. My husband prefers a very light, gentle massage, while I usually need something deeper and more intense and they always manage to pair us with therapists who can deliver exactly what we need. Overall, this location is friendly, reliable, and truly committed to making sure every client leaves feeling better than they came in. Highly recommend!

Not knowing what kind of massage to get, I put my fate in Becca's knowledgeable hands (and feet!). She suggested an Ashiatsu massage, and it was the absolute BEST massage of my entire life! Beginning with the ambiance: clean, professional, relaxing and continuing with the homemade massage oils and lotions (Becca makes them from scratch, using personally selected scents, so she can fine tune them to her professional needs), I was off to a blissful start right from the get-go. Her touch is perfect: solid, yet gentle and just right. I couldn't tell, if she was using her hands or feet, since I was often off on another planet. I was a bit nervous about having a massage, since I have not had one since I suffered a massive brain stem stroke 9 months ago. The stroke left me with severe neuropic pain on the entire right side of my body. She uses hot stones to get a nice, deep massage. Before seeing her, I had woke up every morning for over a week with serious pain in my upper back/shoulder blade area. It was hard to reach her at first as a new client but once I was able to make contact, we were in constant communication. Even before meeting her, she already sent me some skincare tips regarding facial yoga. Summer truly embodies her name; she is a bright soul who's passionate about her work. I remember my first session when she introduced herself and told me that from now on, I'm going to be like a daughter to her and she kept her word. She spent a lot of time explaining everything she does and the reasons behind her method, tailoring the treatment to suit my skin type and needs. She has a bubbly personality so it's always a fun time when I see her :) As a new client, you will have to make a $50 deposit to secure your appointment and she takes pictures/videos of your skin to use for comparison after each treatment. My first treatment with her was the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme. In truth, I was hesitant on booking the service because of the hefty price tag but she had a free upgrade promotion from the Poor Man Acne Extreme ($300) to the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme ($500) so I decided to go for it. I never had microdermabrasion or microneedling done before so I was nervous about the pain. However, the microdemabrasion didn't hurt at all while the microneedling pain was very tolerable. Note - you do have to pay extra for the needle which I think it was ~$75. Typically when you get a service done, after care is on you to handle. Well Summer goes above and beyond and provided me a post-treatment kit (beauty water, 2.5 pH water, some other samples) with a detailed step-by-step instruction (text & on paper). Yes, you do have to purchase some of the other after care items on your own but they're not expensive. She also provides recommendations and sent me pictures of the products she used that I enjoyed so I can look them up in my spare time. My second treatment was the Two Day Medium/Deep TCA Chemical Peel ($300) which occurred after my honeymoon. I peeled a lot like Summer said I would around my entire face for about 1-1.5 weeks. I noticed a huge difference after this peel. My skin was soft and less textured. All my skincare products applied beautifully on my face like it was a brand new canvas. You receive a complimentary facial if you share progress photos with Summer too! I got another chemical peel ~ a month later but felt like I didn't peel as much and the results weren't as drastic as the first peel. I also got a 25 mins red light LED therapy to help with the redness because my skin was sensitive and often turned red at every treatment. I got my free JLO Experience facial within a week after my 2nd chemical peel which was very nice. The Jessner peel she used helped reduced my inflammation tremendously. That was my last official treatment but Summer provided me her upkeep recommendations. All in all, my time with Summer spanned over 3 months and it was 100% worth it. She did recommend I see a dermatologist to treat my acne issue. If I did that concurrently while seeing Summer, I know my results would have been much more amazing but with my acne aside, I can't recommend Summer enough!

After my spouse left an honest review about the service, I was shocked to receive an email from someone representing Summer & offering me money to take it down. This not only felt unprofessional but also raised serious concerns about the authenticity of their reviews. After leaving a honest review, I was then contacted by a representative offering money in exchange for taking down my feedback. This approach struck me as unethical and manipulative. I believe that reviews should be a space for genuine, unbiased opinions, and I was taken aback by this attempt to influence my perspective. While I can't speak to the quality of the services provided (as my review was based on my experience), I think potential clients should be aware of the way this business handles feedback. I would advise others to be cautious when considering their services It seems likely that the overwhelmingly positive reviews are a result of paying for negative ones to disappear, rather than genuine customer satisfaction. This is misleading to potential clients and undermines the trust people place in online feedback. As can be seen in other replies, Summer then tries to take things out of context with screenshots.
