The next day a tire was flat. My Husband thought it would be a simple patch and when he started to fix it he noticed "BAD" written on the side of it I. White chalk. When we went to return the tires we were told all tires are sold as is. They offered to switch out the bad tire but we do not want them touching our vehicle again. They refused to take the bad tire back and give a refund so We had to put in a complaint to our bank as we now have a tire we can't even use. Terrible service, bad tires. Just go else where.

Battle Cross saved our Thanksgiving!! I was genuinely touched by their service and help, and…read morewanted to share my story. My husband and I decided to make a road trip from CA to TN. The first 3/4 of the trip went well, and we planned to arrive in Little Rock, AR on Wed, 11/24 around 7pm. However, we got a flat tire around 6pm near Russville, AR, and most tire shops didn't carry the same type of tire we had. Due to the holiday, we would need to wait at least four days to get the new tires shipped. When Battle Cross Towing showed up, we asked whether they would be willing to drive us to TN. Both Tommy and Cory were very supportive and were ready to drive us the next day. The trip took around 7-hour, and we arrived in Nashville TN safely before 2pm. Tommy was very kind and shared many amazing stories, and drove another 7-hour trip back and missed his Thanksgiving gathering with his family. When I asked whether his family would miss him, he said he just could not leave people who were in need. We were so blessed to have met Battle Cross, and would recommend to anyone who wants help under challenging situations. Thank you again, Tommy, Cory, and the entire team!

The paid receipt clearly states that the vehicle was driveable. They ended up charging us an outrageous amount of $655.00. He was quick to inform me that he didn't charge us storage fee, but it was only there 1 day and like I said we repeatedly asked them to take it to the house (so I don't think storage fee should be charged). They treated my daughter like they were sexist and what she asked for or said didn't matter. I am attaching a copy of the paid receipt for you to make your own judgement call.

I called around to several shops at home for quotes and they wanted to charge close to $2k to replace the parts, which I knew was way too expensive. My family lives in Clarksville and highly recommended Murders (and their quote was over $1k cheaper than what my local shops wanted to charge me!) so I made an appointment a couple weeks in advance and drove in to Clarksville from OKC. It was a great experience all around! I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and we reviewed the work I needed done again, and they let me know that they'd take a couple of extra hours after they'd finished replacing the parts to run the car in the shop and drive it around to make sure that everything worked fine. I thought it was awesome that they were taking the time to double check the work, that was a great reassurance for me since it was such a big job. I picked it up and drove it back home to Oklahoma the same day, and it runs perfectly! I'm very glad to have gotten in to a place that does great work for honest prices.
