All races, all ethnic background, all income ranges and they're all viewed the very lens of our Lord and Savior. Everyone is welcome at HCC. My husband and I have been with Hope a city before there even was a Hope City. Pastor Q married us in 2012 after meeting my husband in the taco isle of Waterloo Wal Mart. A big black guy and tall skinny white guy that recognized each other as believers and parted ways that day after praying for each other right there in Wal Mart. We knew after that that the Marshall family were our people. When we got the call 3.5 almost 4 years ago that it was time to start a church in CV. It was go time! The growth and abundance that the Lord has poured down into this church since then has been nothing short of miraculous. We look forward to many more services, campuses, missions communities, community outreaches and most important many many more lives changed in the CV because of Hope City.

The children's church has a fantastic leader that builds the children faith in Jesus and keeps them wanting to come back. Our youth pastor, is off the chain awesome! They are confusing "united in Christ" with "united as long as you agree with our politics". Would not recommend until this church makes leadership changes. Just as greedy as salvation army and as judgemental, people who are struggling with paying for…read morethings must have money to get help for anything, they wouldn't return my calls after 2 months trying to get help with rent due to me being in the hospital and low work hours causing me low hours falling behind on rent which is why I reached out for help but in order for them to help at all you must have money they know you can't get and know you don't have it's people like this that cause people like me to lose faith and turn away from church
