They worked late, stayed in touch constantly, and even drove out of town to show us places. What really stood out was how personable and patient they were. Truly went above and beyond. We're very thankful and would definitely recommend them.

We got no notice on when they were returning to clean our carpets and had no notice of when they were done. They left the receipt in our apartment and did not contact us. We had scheduled for the morning because we had to be out of the apartment, I contacted them to ask about the receipt and I got a nasty text back saying "well if you would just go check you would see it there", but we no longer had access to the residence. I continued contacting them for a week to get my receipt. I called and explained to them the issues and told them about my frustrations and he said "i'm not trying to get in a pissing contest with you". EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional business, I highly recommend finding a different service unless you want poor customer service.
