We met Dr. DeFelice and his staff 6 years ago. My son was referred to their office for an orthodontic evaluation and I was immediately impressed with office and staff. The office is friendly and inviting, the staff is incomparable to everything I have ever experienced. Both my boys are now in after care and my daughter is half way through with her treatment. I am going to miss visiting the office when she is done, our appointments are like we are visiting old friends. Dr. DeFelice has always been honest & upfront about treatment and cost, never recommending anything he wasn't confident would be most cost effective for me or be most beneficial to my children. He takes the time to explain every stage of treatment, always open to questions or concerns. He is available 24-7, returning emergency calls immediately, day, night or weekend. His staff handles everything from contacting insurance companies, scheduling payments, appointments, followups, explaining maintenance and care to the kids, helping them understand so it gets done correctly for the best results. I could go on and on. I have never been so impressed. They support the kids outside the office too, supporting local teams and school organizations. I was very much impressed with the way Dr.DeFelice was able to sit with me, and my son, and explain to me my concern about my son teeth ,and I like that a lot. Cedar Run Orthodontics is a prime example of what a medical office should strive to be. Everyone in the office is friendly, caring and professional. They know how to schedule appointments so there is never a long wait. They are able to accomodate school and activity schedules when making appointments and are available for last minute "emergencies" as well. They offer a variety of money-saving convenient options with the financial side of treatments. Their quirky "uniforms", seasonal contests, pictures wall, chalk wall and personnel personalities make all trips to the orthodontist fun and something to look forward to. All three of my daughters have gone through treatments with this office from well before it was time for braces until they completed treatment. Having a 12 year old son, who doesn't complain about going to the orthodontics is amazing! Dr. DeFelice and his staff are the reason why! They are all so wonderful in many ways. The atmosphere in the office is super comfortable and everyone is very friendly and down to earth. Dr.DeFelice takes the time to explain everything in great detail. We love the doctor as he is very kind, patient and reassuring with our daughter. He explains everything and has an amazing demeanor with the kids. One of the friendliest offices around! They always made you feel welcome no matter how many times you had gone. My son's teeth look great and without complaints from him. We did have a mishap after he had his braces removed where visiting in Florida my sister-in-law's dog ate my son's retainers, and as soon as we arrived home I had called and within a day they had him in the office to fit him for another set. Dr. De Felice is awesome with the kids! He is easy going and professional at the same time. All of my kids need braces and each one is comfortable going to this office.
