I have an account with google so I knew that was false. At the beginning of the call they said they were Google. I asked them to prove it and that is when they told me they are Main Street Marketing based out of Utah. They said they are Certified partners with Google. The phone number that came through was 805-301-6153. I hung up on them. I have the HIYA app on my phone and reported this to them and blocked the number.

We purchased a "discounted" vacation package from Vacation Offer for $598, which included a 4-night…read morestay in Orlando, FL. After attending a timeshare presentation, we were supposed to receive an additional 2-night stay in Daytona, a 5-night Bahamas cruise, and some gift cards. We also paid an extra $352 to upgrade to a larger room to accommodate our family of five. When we arrived at the Orlando hotel--where I had confirmed our reservation months in advance and received a confirmation again that morning directly from Vacation Offer--we discovered that Vacation Offer had canceled our booking five days earlier, leaving us without accommodations. After two hours of trying to reach the company, a representative finally answered. When I asked if their company scams people, she said "yes," laughed, claimed she'd rebook us in another 3-bedroom suite, and hung up. I never received a new confirmation, forcing us to find our own place to stay. At the timeshare presentation the next day, the manager expressed "shock" over our experience and advised us to dispute the charges through our credit card company. They excused us from completing the full presentation and marked our participation as fulfilled, but we have not received any communication from the company or the promised rewards. We later learned the company had rebooked us a single room with one king bed for our family of five--the opposite of the 2-bedroom condo suite we originally reserved. We are now out over $900, plus the additional cost of finding last-minute lodging. After reading more recent reviews, it's clear many others have had similar experiences with this company.
