Worst part of facility is parking lot. Only 2 cars fit in lot and a 3rd car would be too tight. Parking is very bad if any in back of building and risk of damage to your car because of space to exit is very narrow. Also no parking in area within 6 blocks. Best way to come to this office is bus, Ubber or taxi and avoid the parking nightmare.

The prolotherapy injections completely took away my neck pain, after the first 1-2 weeks of having slightly increased pain, which Dr. Mahl had warned me about prior to the procedure. I had some issues with the bills being clear after the fact with the administrative side of the office.
