I never felt like I had that. Looking back, I feel like I paid a lot of money just to have paperwork filed. Maybe this level of service is normal in the legal industry, or maybe my case was pushed aside for bigger cases, but if there wasn't enough time or attention to give my case, it shouldn't have been taken on in the first place.
