This is a great free service CDPHP offers to members as well as non-members throughout the capital region. You do need to apply to be able to get an access card but very simple process. There is no charge and convenient locations for anyone in the capital region. A no brainer for anyone looking to get fit and save money in the new year. I have been using for a few months now when I'm visiting a friend in Clifton Park. Only wish there was a glens Falls option! Sometimes there's more people working out than others, but I have never had so many others that I had trouble getting in or not been able to access equipment . Today made me think I should tell somebody else about this great kept secret because I was the only one there for over an hour.
