Not to mention his deep knowledge and wisdom of JiuJitsu. I just had my first match yesterday and he protected me all the way through to 2nd place with great coaching as I battled. I've never been to headquarters but from what I've heard it is the same atmosphere. Professor Rivaldo Junior is extremely skilled, humble and takes time to walk you through some of the more difficult systems. He also pushes you past your comfort zone... gently. The staff is also awesome. I have three kids attending their program and I am very happy with the level of attention and patience all the instructors have. Lastly, they have some pretty big names; although, I do not follow professional fights like UFC, various BJJ tickets, and IBJJF matches but I am proud to say that many members of the gym are pros, down to earth, and I'm grateful to do my little part to train with them.

If you're looking for peace of mind while your child is at daycare, I would think twice about this…read morefacility--at least when it comes to the 12-month-and-up infant room. My daughter was enrolled in Infant B for only two months, and during that short time, she had four incidents involving visible injuries, including large red marks on her forehead and nose, that were not reported to me. I completely understand that toddlers fall and get hurt. What concerned me was that I had repeatedly asked to be notified of any injuries, especially injuries involving her head, yet these incidents continued without communication. After the third incident, I emailed the director and specifically asked her to review the cameras because my daughter's forehead and nose remained visibly red for hours after pickup. I never received a response, and I was left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. We were also concerned about the level of supervision in the classroom. My husband and I personally observed children unsecured in high chairs without a teacher maintaining line of sight. On one occasion, we saw a child standing in a high chair while the teacher had her back turned across the room. We reported this concern to staff. Unfortunately, the concerns did not end there. On my daughter's final day, she came home with another scratched, red mark on her forehead, with no explanation of how it happened. At that point, we made the decision that our daughter's safety was more important than the additional cost of paying two daycares at once after putting the two weeks notice and we moved her to another daycare. After just one week at her new daycare, we have not experienced the repeated falls, unexplained injuries, or visible marks that we experienced here. We paid a significant amount because we expected our daughter to be safe, supervised, and cared for. Instead, our experience left us repeatedly worried about her safety and without the communication and peace of mind we expected.

If you are thinking about swim classes for your little ones -- think no more! Aqua Tots here at…read moreDove Creek has taken our two toddlers (2 & 4 years old) from not wanting to splash their face with water to JUMPING in a swimming pool...in under two months! Sometimes I have to open my eyes REALLY wide because of how fast they are progressing but I also owe it to their trained instructors for CONSISTENTLY teaching them swim safety and how fun swimming can be. If you have any doubts, Aqua tots makes it easy to transition your babe into a swim program. You can easily make an appointment for an evaluation class (where your child is taken into the pool with other kids to see how comfortable they are) and then decide how many days you'd like to enroll them. CONSISTENCY is key, and the more exposure your child receives, the better they'll get. We've enrolled our babes 3 times a week and though it may get a bit pricey, EVERY CENT IS WORTH IT. The pool and surrounding areas are cleaned DAILY (multiple times a day, even). The facility has "free swim" for members where parents / guardians can jump into the pool with their kiddos for more exposure. Changing rooms, bathrooms, amenities like hair dryers and lotions are always stocked and available. Not to mention, FREE COFFEE for those of us coming in after work for the extra oomph. I am absolutely delighted how Anaya & Azaan are welcomed BY NAME each time they walk through the door & said goodbye to when walking out. This eases my mind to know that we are not just faces to them. The team here at DOVE CREEK is SOLID. I cannot give you any reason why you shouldn't give them a try. The other feature I love about Aqua Tots is the APP -- you can see how well your child is progressing and where he / she may need some more exposure / practice. This is the EASIEST way to keep tabs on what to maybe practice at home or remind before swim class. My kids also love seeing their stars and have a fun little competition amongst themselves. Shout out to Dilena, Karina, Gabi & Katara who make a 30 minute class so pleasant for Anaya & Azaan. My kids LOVE yall.
