Hired for a renovation to do framing, drywall, and drywall finishing work. Deposits were given for…read moreframing, drywall and then finishing. After framing and drywall hanging was completed, I trusted that giving the money upfront for the finish work would be okay, but no. I got ghosted and never heard from Dylan again without being anywhere close to the job being finished In addition to this, I paid him to hang a window and after further inspection, the window was not even able to open due to an oversight on installation. Towards the end, I was ghosted for over a week, I texted and called countless times and got nothing back. I was told he had an unexpected family emergency and would be back to complete the work. Upon coming back after ignoring me for a week, he pretended to work, asked for more money, took all of his tools and claimed his car had an issue when running to the store. After that, never heard from again. There was even a time when I got a text at 11:30 at night asking for a draw of money... If you choose to hire, whatever you do, DO NOT PAY UNTIL JOB IS CONMPLETE and expect extreme unprofessionalism, unreliability, along with countless lies/excuses as to why work is not complete.
