When Food City moved to it's new location, the branch was not moved also. Now, we have the one 'main branch" with longer than long lines, inexperienced tellers (in some cases) who seem to think they have to take the time in the drive-thru to print a balance on the back of your receipt when you make a deposit and y'all can wait in lines while business use the drive-thru to deposit or get coins for their daily use or do multiple transactions. If you thought it took awhile before, welcome to the new, "we don't need another branch that close by" routine.

Garbage bank. Garbage customer service. Deposited $70 cash in the after hours via ATM. As soon as I…read moredeposit the cash, ATM shuts down. Like screen goes black and no response shuts down. I immediately call the 800 number on the machine and tell them. They ask time of deposit, amount of deposit and denomination of each bill, which I give them since IT JUST HAPPENED. They say they need 45 days to investigate, which I get. But then tell me I'm SOL. No record of any such deposit. Well YOUR ATM shut down. Now I know 70 bucks isn't a lot, but to lose it sucks. I would hand my money to a homeless person in one sock before I EVER entertain the mere THOUGHT of giving this sham of a "bank" one penny.
