Tree fell on my fence and broke from falling on it, was told they would send someone to fix in two days, one week has gone by and no one came out leaving a hole about 6 feet between me and my neighbors yard and to top it off won't respond to me reaching out to them or respond to the messages I've left them, was told they would come back and finish the job and same thing nothing after I paid in full, left trash on my deck from lunch, really disappointed as I tried to let them do the right thing as they promised and finally gave up and have to spend more to fix the problem then original price he gave me, good luck!

So we had a mulching job and called Jason and asked him to do it. We had two other written quotes, but we went with the word of mouth. The final invoice was significantly higher than other vendors and learned that Jason charged $80 an hour for unskilled labor which is greater than my auto mechanic, carpenter, etc. My mistake in not getting a quote before the work was the culprit. The quality of work was good but the price was super inflated. Lesson learned. Recommend get a few quotes before committing. We originally had Diego and his crew out to grind a tree stump for us. The price was so reasonable…read moreand we were anxious to get it done so we forged ahead. We were impressed with the time and effort they were putting into getting the stump nice and flat for us. So we started looking around and asking about the other services he performs. So since he was already there, we asked for some estimates on thinning out a few very large trees for us and trimming back a long row of leyland cypress trees that grow over our fence line. We had been wanting to get these things done, but the quotes we got seemed very high. Well, we learned a lot since then! First of all, it wasn't a fluke- D & M's prices are very reasonable across all of their services and their crew members are hard working and knowledgeable in all of their tasks. The second thing we learned was what it actually entails to properly trim these huge trees! The amount of time and effort it took to scale these trees, trim back all the little inconsequential branches and then dispose of the branches and clean up all the debris in the yard was incredible. We now understand why the quotes we had gotten in the past seemed so high- we just didn't understand the scope of the project. And then these guys beat any estimate we've ever gotten! We will definitely call Diego and his crew for any other yard projects we have!
