M. Vialade runs an excellent cave! When the wife and I had our PACS celebration in her home town of St. Lezer, M. Vialade helped to select the wine that made it a success. Through the entire process he patiently waited while my sweet wife translated my demands, questions and glottal pauses. He provided excellent suggestions and amazing service throughout the process. Needless to say, the wine was a hit. We have subsequently returned and he is just as happy to take the time to describe any wine in the shop as well as make suggestions. On this visit he even gave us a tour of the vat system he uses to store bulk wines and sent us home with a wonderful rosé in a water bottle!!
