The pizza isn't the best I've ever had but I keep going back because it's really good. They did stop coating the bottoms with cornmeal and that was a superb touch that I miss a lot actually. The service is hit and miss; some servers are amazing, some should find another job. The ambiance is pretty good except for the flies buzzing around and the servers spraying the tables with whatever to clean them. read more

Small town pizzeria with all the charm you'd expect. They were boasting a dinner special that included a personal sized pizza, side salad and a drink, which was just what I wanted. (Well, I wanted the salad bar and upgraded to get the full experience.) The pizza was pretty good-I like the thicker crust and the delicious toppings. And they were kind enough to leave the cheese off for me. Much appreciated! read more

Fabulous pizza, calzones and salad bar. Hot, fresh, yummy! Everyone left happy and full!

We love the food. Our favorite is the Chicken, bacon, Ranch pizza. Service is always great.

I am sadly disappointed in the customer service provided by this establishment. I was very excited to try this place as a tourist especially considering how well the food looks. As I walked in there was a long line waiting to be seated while there are clearly many places to be seated at and more then enough employees to help in the kitchen as well as at least providing customer service. Me and my family were not even greeted, we had to walk up and asked to be seated and still were not helped. Needless to say I was not pleased with the customer service at all and I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Place must have changed hands, pizza today: i ordered a thin, thin this time was literally paper, including the edges witch were very crispy a burned crispy, the crust crispy part went in at least an inch before placing sauce or anything else on it and another inch before toppings, so basically dump toppings in the middle. My complaint is the crust, the spreading out of toppings, and the sauce. They must have changed the sauce recipe as it tasted more like tomato paste thined out.. I tried calling back after I tried the pizza but no-one picks up and it gos to automated system, as to service at the window the gal was nice but it sure took quite some time before they would say anything or open pickup window, I guess because they were not ready to take orders or deliver on pizza, they did get all the toppings correct, but if this is their new pizza i would travel to ephraim or Fairview instead. after finally getting a hold of them, they did say the recipe was changed and they offered no apology nor refund. read more

We love their salad bar!! It's worth the 20 minute drive for us to go out to dinner there with our vegetarian friend. Their pizza is good; I like their thicker crust and lots of topping choices. It can be cold in the winter inside so I always take my coat in. (Why don't restaurants have double doors anymore?) read more

Most of the veggies on the salad bar were frozen! They usually have a great salad bar.. yesterday.. not so much. I hope it was a one off!

We were in the area with the family cutting down some Christmas trees and decided to stop in here. Everyone loves pizza, right? Certainly the little kids who were with us do. We arrived at about 1:30 PM on a Saturday and were seated right away. Their dining area is fairly small so we felt fortunate we didn't have to wait. Not sure how it would be during a busy time. Our server was prompt and friendly and brought over crayons and Kids menus to color on for the kids right away which was appreciated. We placed our order and waited for our order. It didn't seem to take that long but she apologized for the wait. She said it was slow due to being short staffed. We didn't find it to be all that slow though. The pizza's and wings we bought were all great. We also ordered some breadsticks (garlic and classic) which were both very good. A friend from the area joined us and was talking about how great their lunch and dinner specials are, as far as value. We had a large group and were ordering full pizzas so I can't comment beyond his recommendation. Overall, a great little place. I like supporting non-chain local places and this fits that bill. I've driven by here before but not stopped in. I'll put this place on my list to hit up next time I'm in the area. read more

Cavalier Pizza - Half cavalier and half Hawaiian. Yum. Gone in minutes. - Pizza Near Me - Mount Pleasant, Utah

I've been here before and it was good so I was expecting it to be as good as last time, but this most recent pizza I ordered on Tuesday, Nov 26, 2024 was the absolute worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Completely inedible. I ordered a large pizza with pineapple and double pepperoni and a large salad to-go. Thankfully the salad was delicious as they have a good salad bar and I made my own salad. The pizza we literally had to throw away. There was almost zero sauce on it and the crust was cardboard. The pizza itself did not have double pepperoni and the cheese was soooo disgusting. It seemed as if they took an already cooked pepperoni pizza and then added pineapple to it and put another inch of cheese on top of it and tried to bake it again for a brief time and it wasn't even melted. So there was 2 inches of 2 differently cooked melted/non melted cheeses on it. There was soooo much cheese and not in a good way. It was like cheese vomit. I'm baffled at how badly they messed up a pizza and couldn't stop thinking about it so I decided to write the review. I'm really hoping this was a one off but for now I'm taking my business elsewhere because I really don't want to take that chance again and waste my money. I was super disappointed and hungry. read more

The salad bar was fresh & restocked while we were there. The meat lovers pizza was good-plenty of cheese, decent flavored tomato sauce, crust alright. Not a bad wait even though they were busy. read more

I love coming to this place! The food phenomenal and there is fast service and low prices.

Small town pizza place is pretty good. During covid-19, they have delivery, pickup/drive thru, and in-house dinning. No salad bar but they do have soup. We had their small 8" pizza, salad and soda special. Very filling and good. Only one complaint: why do people still use iceberg lettuce for salads? Good price. Good service read more

Cavaliers Pizza is one of my favorite places. I'm a pretty tough grader so for me a four is very good I don't think I have any fives in all of SanPete County for restaurants. I particularly love their diet root beer special for lunch with a salad with blue cheese dressing and the barbecue chicken 8-in pizza on thin wheat crust. Here is my grading schedule: 5 = Excellent 4 = Very Good 3 = Good 2 = Fair 1 = Needs Serious Improvement read more

We love Cavalier. The food: The pizzas are great! I love the crust. The chicken pesto sandwich is the bomb. We usually get the all you can eat soup and salad bar. They have the best chili and tomatoes basil soup. We've had many of the create your own pasta dishes and all are wonderful. The staff: These folks always make us feel at home. They know who we are when we call for delivery and when we show up to eat there. They are friendly and efficient. Never an empty glass. read more

Cavalier Pizza - I had to recut this myself half of it was not cut, the shape though, the shape is how it came. - Pizza Near Me - Mount Pleasant, Utah

It took them 40-minutes to deliver our appetizers, and that was after me having to get up and go talk to the staff...twice. We finally had to ask them if they could package the meal to go because we had to get on the road to make our final destination in time, and there was no apology, the waitress simply told me flatly, "We told you it would be 45-minutes, and it's only been 30." That was at about the 50-minute mark in our stay. It was one of those scenarios that you just were dumbfounded by how bad their service really was. If this place were in a slightly larger town with a few more options, they'd be out of business. read more

Ok, if you are in the mood to travel to find the BEST FREAKING meatballs on planet Earth, go to Mt Pleasant and ask for the Fettuccine Alfredo with Meatballs. DO IT! You will thank me later. Do yourself a favor and get EXTRA meatballs, and extra sauce. Not that it isn't Ah-Mazzzz-Ing like it is, but c'mon. If you are going to drive an hour south of Provo ( Oh yes, It's worth it) to get there, get extra meatballs and sauce. To start our visit, we ordered 4 drinks, our waitress had to come back not once, but twice to basically re-take our drink order, and then 15 minutes later, brings out the wrong drinks. We told her we needed just a bit more time to look over the menu before we ordered, she then walked away and sat down at another table on the phone with someone for about 30 minutes..(we only needed about 5 more minutes with the menu...not half an hour) then she got up, went and got herself a salad from the salad bar, and took it behind the counter and started eating it. We finally walked up to the counter and asked if we could order our food. after waiting 40 minutes, we got three of our four dishes, they said the other pizza would be "right out". We decided not to wait to eat the food we had gotten, so we had finished all three of our other plates before the last pizza had come out. We waited another 45 minutes after they had brought our food out initially, for the last pizza before we decided to just leave. We asked for the manager from our waitress, she said she would go get the manager, she never did. We finally went up the counter to see if we were ever getting this pizza, and the manager told us "well i think they just put it in the oven" and wanted us to wait another who knows how long for it come out. The entire visit took around 2 hours, 1 hour 45 minutes of which were spent just sitting there waiting for them to serve us. The waitress was a joke, the service was a joke, the manager was a joke, there were other people there at the same time as us who walked out without being served because they were tired of waiting. I cannot say enough bad things about the service of this restaurant. It is literally laughable. The food is OK but nothing amazing, not worth the agony of sitting in those uncomfortable booths for two hours. I would give it zero stars, but i cant... read more

you have to realize what you're in for when you go here. if you're passing through this area and think hey I could go for some Italian food.. you're barking up the wrong tree. this is the fast food version of Italian food. figured we should try everything. I got a personal pizza and hubz got pesto ravioli and soup/salad bar. soups were all canned or premade or whatever. ALL salty and creamy. but again-- you can't go in here assuming it's gourmet. so it was fine. my pizza was decent and obviously your best bet at this place. it's like chain store pizza. like I said above.. I knew what I was in for. so I was cool with it. the ravioli with "pesto" was a poor description. my man ate it up even though we both knew it was gross. but it was dinner. all in all-- if I was desperate for kiddy pizza I would go here again but I would never order anything else besides that. read more

I like Cavalier Pizza, and we stop there often when driving through Mount Pleasant. The pizza is just about the best I've tasted, and the small salad bar is always fresh and loaded with great items. What's especially nice is finding a pizza place this good in a rural location. The restaurant is a bit noisy when it gets crowded. And the quality of the pizza is not entirely consistent from one visit to the next, but it's always good -- just not always superb. read more

The food was alright but our waitress, Heather, was inattentive our whole stay there. She didn't ask us how the food was once, refill our water once, ask if we wanted anything else once, and didn't ask if we were ready for the check even though we were sitting at our table with our food finished for about 15 minutes. I finally had to ask her for boxes and our check to which she rudely asked if we were paying together or separate. When she dropped off the boxes she just threw them on the table with the check. She also told us that we needed to calculate the separate checks. I think Cavaliers needs to train their employees better and teach them customer service skills and serving skills. read more

I could definitely say this is the best place to go for pizza in sanpete!! Delicious sauce, hearty fresh toppings, not very greasy and very good crust!! The service is great as well, you can wait to be seated, get it to go at no extra fee or even use the drive thru on the side of the building! It's definitely worth going the extra 10-30 minutes (depending on where you're staying in sanpete) for this pizza restaurant! Beautiful atmosphere inside as well!!! read more

Hey, it's Sanpete. It's not going to be Vera Pizza Napoletana or anything. But for a small town family pizza joint, this place is great. Great chewy American style thick crust, generous toppings, and a great family meal deal that comes with a 2 liter and really delicious cheese bread for 20 bucks. Can't speak for the Italian fare, but the pizza is great. read more

I read some reviews and was very surprised to read anything negative about this restaurant. The service is great! The waitresses are so nice and helpful. We love Cavalier. We go every time in we're in town. Last time we had their family special: big pizza w/ 3 toppings, cheese bread, and 2 liter of soda --can't beat $20! Where do I start my rave of the food and service at Cavalier Pizza in Mt. Pleasant, Utah? The service could be sub-par and this would still be a great place to eat but, in fact, the service is as good as the food. As a person who tries to watch my carb intake, I often resort to the soup and salad bar. I especially love to go in on Thursdays for the Clam Chowder but I also enjoy the Broccoli Cheese soup. And then there is the salad bar; this is possibly the best salad bar I have ever seen and, though it is quite small, it is well worth the money but then, dynamite comes in small packages too. I would put this up against any big salad bar. The pizza is just fabulous; the crust has great flavor and consistency . . . neither too thick nor too thin and is nicely crisp on the bottom. Of course, everyone is going to have their personal favorite and their most popular are the Combo, the All Meat, the Veggie and the Chicken, Bacon and Ranch. The C, B and R is my favorite and I always ask them to add almonds to it but, I have also had the Combo and found it to be delicious as well. Cavalier also offers pastas and sandwiches but I find it difficult to break away from my favorites to try something new however, I will be breaking tradition soon to try their meatball sub. I would be remiss if I failed to mention their desserts; all of them look tasty but I did break down once and have the Lemon Berry Mascarpone and it is so good it has been outlawed in eleven states. read more

Good food but okay service. Our pizza was brought out in the wrong size and wrong toppings.

This would be my favorite family pizza place even if it were by my home. In fact, I wish it was! But at least Cavalier is close to our second home. We have never had a bad dish here. The salad bar is nice. All the pizzas are very good with a homemade fresh crust. I have gotten hooked lately on the calzones. Equally delicious. So nice to have several excellent eat-out options in North Sanpete. Friendly service too! read more

Ew. This was the worst. I got pasta which tasted old, and the rest of my family got pizza. The waitress screwed up our order... There was only 4 of us.
