I love Cava but this particular location is terrible. It's always dirty, trash overflowing, and the service is down right awful. I've ordered in person and online and they always mess it up. Missing items or straight up half arsed effort. Not to mention how slow it is. I waited 40 mins for my online order and this is not the first time this has happened. Read the other low star reviews of this place and know that my experience is not an isolated incident. Only reason I've gone to this one more than one occasion is because it's near my house. Well no more, I'm done with this place. AVOID this Cava, the one in west Plano is better ran. read more

My husband and I love this place. So close to our house and is a healthy option that we can get without having to get our kids out of the car (win, win!). The only downside and why I took off a star is that we almost always get stuck in the drive up window line. We order in advance and come at our time but there seems to always be a car in front just sitting there. I don't know if cava is behind and that's why or if that person shows up early or doesn't realize it's an order ahead window or what but it's ANNOYING. Cava employees should tell these cars to pull around if there is another car behind them so that our orders (and ourselves) aren't just sitting there. read more

This CAVA specifically is awful. It's always slow service, dirty, they're always out of something and this last time they gave such small portions. I've given this location multiple visits and it's always a bad experience which is sad because it's in a popular area. They need better management! So just do yourself a favor and drive to a different CAVA or choose something else in the area. read more

This is the second Cava our family goes to that is apparently not receiving online orders. When we reached the location, there was a huge line of customers standing around experience the same issue: employees were not able to find any of their orders and had to make them on the spot. The frustration amongst everyone (both customers and employees) was incredibly tangible. Frankly, I feel quite bad for the employees as it appears that they are dealing with some sort of faulty technology (and as mentioned earlier, the issue appears to be systemic as the Cava at Legacy West displayed the same problems last week when our family went). CAVA is delicious. This location is kind of a dumpster fire. The food is always good, but the management/leadership here is terrible. Be prepared for long waits and missing ingredients. The kids who work here work hard, but they simply can't keep up with demand. Better leadership here would go a long way! read more

Food was really good . Service was good. My big complaint is that they don't offer salt and pepper for dine in customers. They have unsweetened tea. I love unsweet tea because I can watch my sugar levels by adding as much sugar as I want. I asked for sugar packets and am told they don't offer sugar packets. For a restaurant to not offer simple condiments such as salt, pepper, and sugar packets seems wrong, especially when I just spent $17.00 on my lunch. read more

Hands down the worst service. They are always short staffed, never fresh food on the line and the service is awful. The tables and floors always dirty. The older woman who appears to be the manager, is rude and has zero customer service behaviors. Friendly staff but I saw a black cockroach walking around by the drinks. It disappeared by the time they tried to address it. The unsweetened black tea was bitter and there were hard fat pieces from the chicken in my bowl. Wanted to like Cava. Very disappointed. read more

i've read both the positive and negative reviews and they line up. Exactly with my experience. The food was great. It is exactly what I would want it from a Mediterranean a choose your bowl restaurant. But management and staff training is noticeably poor. We were in line getting our food when the cashier was having issues with a gift card that a customer was presenting. No problem that's a normal issue that you run into. But for 15 minutes after the incident, the cashier was talking with another employee, loud enough for me to hear the whole conversation about issues and complaints and things she was upset regarding her job and the situation with the gift card. There is no problem with being upset, annoyed or having job complaints but don't do it so that customers can easily hear what you're talking about. whoever the owner is if you care about your business, please find a better manager supervisor or a train them because this restaurant could get so much more business with a better trained team. read more

Poor service, or no service. I can see why this location is not busy at dinner time. Waited in line for 10 minutes before I left while there was only one person in line in front of me. About 8 other employees, including apparent manager stood around while they had only one worker doing all the order filling. I think cutting the avocados can wait for 2 minutes while you help a customer waiting....and waiting. read more

Truly disappointed with the service here. I came in with only one family in front of me and it took almost 10 minutes for us to get our orders started. The workers kept just walking away in the middle of us ordering, not saying a word about why and taking their time just walking around talking to other workers all while we are trying to order. We could clearly see other workers in the back just standing around not doing anything yet only one to two workers getting our orders done. I asked for pita bread while checking out and was told to stand to the side to wait for it but never received it. I felt completely ignored and forgotten about the entire time I was there. Wow! What a horrible experience through the drive thru. If it's not the same quality why serve it and if you can't handle having the drive thru... shut it down. This was my first try ordering and driving thru for pickup. Never ever again! Our order was incorrect and had missing items. Where is the Manager?! Terrible food and experience. I'll be letting everyone know about this. When I asked the employee who answered the window what looked like a sauce was she said I don't know ! Lol well I definitely don't know and did not order it and had to ask for the missing items. I will not be coming back as this was just an annoyance to my day. Thanks! read more

This doesn't make any sense, Justice is doing everything busting her ass mean while this girl is just standing around texting an it took her 20 minutes to sweep two piles just standing around. Then when someone finished seeeping for her she asked her friend, "Did [alex] sweep already, her friend said yes an she just swept anyway. there's nothing on the floor she's literally lousing around. i feel so terrible for Justice busting her ass while the rest of her staff do nothing. She had to stop cleaning to make my order while they stood there. Ridiculous i told her i hope she gets a new job where she's appreciated. Food was good, Justices service was great. Everyone else should be taken in for team meeting and have serious guidelines an rules addressed. very embarrassing for such a nice little place read more
