They always Boss Up! Let's start with the packaging - because presentation begins before the first bite. It's like trying to get into Fort Knox You literally have to cut your way in, and I LOVE that. It guarantees your food is sealed, fresh, and not tampered with. Now let's talk about the food... whew! Whether it's their fresh, delicious salads or these humongous, fully loaded potatoes, the quality is always on point. Everything is flavorful, well-seasoned, and made with care. And that chili?! I've never asked for a refund for missing sauces but it's disappointing that the sauces are always missing ( especially when I paid extra for them). But the biggest disappointment was the quality of the food. The flat bread was extremely raw and placed at the bottom of the plate as if done on purpose or out of spite. Chicken was overcooked and limited portion. Not only was the flat bread raw on my plate but also my husband's. Quality control is not there. I'm so disappointed in my favorite restaurant.

The tables are set and clean. I ordered Tonkatsu Ramen and Yuzu pinacolada. The broth was so good and rich. There was just enough noodles in the bowl that it gave the perfect balance of the broth, egg, and noodles. Eventhough it was pretty hot outside, I still enjoyed the warmth the ramen brought. This isn't your typical "ramen". I feel like this is very elevated take ok the traditional ramen, cleaner and healthier. The noodles was thick, almost like Chinese style noodles. They did mention there was a thinner one but forgot to offer it to us which is fine. Chashu was very good. The tuna crisp is great as well. Didn't care for the POG refresher, it was super sweet and tasted like a candle. In all, I think this is a fun place to try and I would go back to try other items.
