I cannot say enough good things about the group at Garvey Law. Kate is an amazing attorney and her support staff, Ashley and Kiara, are equally awesome. They were all right on top of things and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had throughout our closing process.  They all made our closing happen on time and were accurate, and we would not hesitate to use them again. Actually, we probably would not look anywhere else because they are the best! They also work with Meyers Paralegal, and Christine is also wonderful. Thanks again for all your help and support throughout!

In my opinion, Houlihan is the kind of man who gives attorneys a bad name. As out of state Buyers,…read morewe hired Houlihan to represent us in purchasing a restaurant at the recommendation of a Business Broker (Joe Holstein) who provided us with a cost estimate for the transaction. Houlihan agreed the budget foreshadowed by the Business Broker was reasonable, barring unforeseeable problems. Houlihan (in my opinion) did not do his job; I had to satisfy myself the UCC filings were unrelated / unenforceable and discovered Houlihan didn't have enough sense to check with the Town of Brookfield to ensure taxes were paid in full prior t closing. The earnest ($10,000) money (we ended up closing without this attorney's involvement) ended up divided between Houlihan and Seller, etc., because it was less costly (more attorney fees) to walk away from $10,000+\- than play the game and litigate... In my opinion, this is a VERY BAD (BUT SMOOTH) PERSON to retain and I would not recommend him! Feel free to call me (480 488 5555) if you need clarification...

For the last five years Bernice has been preparing our taxes and she has consistently surprised me. I have a refund on the way this year instead of the federal bloodletting I was expecting, and I have complete confidence in her ethics and expertise. I found her office professional, friendly, and easy to deal with as well. I dropped off my documents and my questionnaire in early February and she had them done within a week or ten days. I would pay a good deal more than the fee she charges for the quality of service her office provides. I try not to dwell on how much I overpaid in the years before I started going to Bernice's office, but I know where I'll be bringing my taxes next year!
