You were calm and professional the whole night you took time to personally meet, greet and shake hands with the key members of both families. The menu was shrimp and grits....which was outstanding and delicious, lobster and scallop pasta which I couldn't get enough of and need more now! Then we had fried chicken wings with pancakes! The wings were seasoned extremely well and cooked to perfection. We also had sausage and bacon. Now I'm not sure what he did to that damn bacon but I do know my girls and I were fighting for the last slice! It was yummy. We topped it off with fresh fruit and mimosas. Last but not least, he arrived on time at 7am to begin cooking and as requested, we wanted to start eating at noon and he did not miss a beat! We were sitting down eating on time. What was even more impressive, I'm a foodie and very picky about condiments, He didn't have the type of hot sauce I liked but he ran to the store without me even asking to get it. I was speechless.
