I honestly didn't know what I was in for before visiting the store. All I know is I received a number of recommendations to come here for my running needs. I'm a 18-month postpartum momma wanting to get back into running, so I know I needed something more than the average shoe. Kathryn was super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They didn't have my exact shoe size for the shoe I wanted in stock so she ordered it online and it will be here on Monday. While this is online with their procedure, I can't express how grateful I was for such an awesome customer service experience. Typically, shoe places will try to upsell you and get what they can out of you, but I never felt that way at Fleet.
