One of Oman took the dog into the back meanwhile another dog was tugging my shoe. After she took that dog in the back the women went back to cutting hair. I sat there for 25 minutes when another woman walked in and went to the desk, turned and asked if I was Eddie. I said no. She then said if I don't have an appointment then they don't have time for me, they're not taking walk-ins. I pointed to the door and the first lettering on top says walk-ins welcome. She said that they take appointments, I said I'll wait to see if Eddie comes since he was already late and the woman still refused to cut me saying that there are other appointments after. No one was sitting in the waiting area, she refused to cut me. I mentioned that this was poor business practice and I'm going to leave a yelp review and she said "wooooo" pretending she was a scared. Don't bother going for that $40 hair cut if you don't have an appointment.

He said Hispanics like me always want a free haircut and that I had f'ed up hair to begin with. So we insulted each other for a few minutes, he challenged me to come back so he could kick my a** and to watch my back because I didn't know who I was messing with. It didn't stop there, he threatened my livelihood and said he knew where I worked. You should not threaten people. Do not go there because the customer is never right.

I side my car became overwhelming horrible stink. I wiped and smelled my hair, face, neck,,, and on my neck was the horrible odor. about a half mile later my nose began clogging up and neck burning. inside Lowe's got totally clogged nose. abandoned shopping and went home. took shower and washed hair and neck six times before horrible odor decreased to livable. called barber shop. Kim proudly stated she puts cologne in every man. Even after she was gone a while is back and ignores phone messages. Besides ADA complaint having to hire Attorney to bring a Civil Suit as the disabled have enough trouble getting personal services primarily from the younger generation who do not seem to understand there are laws. Turned out to be a very selfish self centered barber.
