So choosing a realtor, we definitely want someone that is experienced, communicate very clearly and directly - someone that we can count on being the voice of reason while understanding our needs and letting us know what we need to know when we need to know it. That's why we chose Jennifer. And that was exactly what she delivered. We started working officially with Jennifer in 2021 And finally moved into our dream home in the beginning of February 2024. Jennifer was there every step of the way - Giving us the attention and the space appropriately through the whole process. People say that purchase of new build is easy and clean and I don't need an agent. As a first-time buyer, I disagree. I had a lot of questions and concerns going in, but Denny's guidance made the whole process feel smooth and low-stress. He walked me through the pros and cons of new builds vs. resale in detail during our first consultation, which helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. Once we found the right new-build community, Denny didn't just settle for the standard builder promotion -- he negotiated hard and got me an extra $10K on top of the existing incentive, for $60K in total credits. That kind of advocacy made a real difference. Denny was also there the whole inspection process - followed up with inspection schedule, arranged professional home inspector, showed up at the walk-throughs and spotted more hair-thin issue than I did. The whole process, from our first conversation to getting the keys, took about 5 months, and Denny was responsive and thorough every step of the way. Highly recommend him if you're looking for an agent who genuinely goes the extra mile for his clients.

Ricky believed he was capable of handling it. That was the beginning of the nightmare. They recommended a buyer, and we followed the standard procedures, cooperating with due diligence and other matters. However, Ricky and Jessie had no idea what they were doing. Their lack of understanding of commercial real estate contracts allowed the buyer to delay the process for two to three months at no cost. In commercial real estate transactions, buyers typically need to pay fees for extensions. We also incurred additional legal expenses but still failed to secure compensation from the buyer. Now, half a year has passed since the property was sold, and we are still spending money on this project. They refuse to take any responsibility or admit any mistakes, happily pocketing a six-figure commission.
