This company was recommended from someone else who also used them to translate official documents…read moreto Spanish, for the purposes of a wedding. So I used them off the back of that recommendation.
First time, it went relatively smoothly, their emails were good and they were clear in their instructions. They had me deposit money into a bank, but they left off the IVA (taxes) on the follow up emails and I had to go back a second time to do this. Eventually, they sent the documents via cab in a timely fashion.
The second time was a complete and utter nightmare. My email did not get responded to for 3 days, then I had to send a follow up - and there was no apology or politeness from the start. It was as if they were doing me a favour and I was not paying for their services. It was only 1 document and should have been a quick turnaround, a no brainer....apparently not! I would receive no replies to questions, only get half the information I asked for and they were very curt and rude. Once I paid the money in (not getting a quote, having to work it out myself!), they slowed down even more. I told them I was up against a deadline and had an appointment that I needed it for......no replies, no urgency and they missed the deadline by 2 days.
This is a very unprofessional outfit, and whilst I have experienced the Mexican way of doing things, this is definitely not it....the person I dealt with was deliberately rude via email, did not answer his phone when I called and quite clearly did not care about the service provided. There are other companies to use out there, don't bother with these guys - they do not respect the customer or your business.
