After firing that company I hired William and he got me a full asking price offer in like a week or two. Not only that but his listing was much better than what the other company did. His pictures were better quality, he did drone shots, virtual staging and a 3D tour, none of which the other company did. I was concerned at first if I would get the same level of service as the more expensive realtor, however he provided BETTER service than the other company ever did. He personally responded to all my calls and messages quickly and always kept me up to date on what was going on. We had some issues with the HOA approval and William managed to work through the issues and got us to the closing.
