I was also able to eliminate all non-fruit sugars from my diet very easily with Sarah's help. She is your constant motivator and support system, which is imperative in my opinion. I honestly came to see Willie Victor to see if she could help me lose weight. At 41, and after…read morestruggling with diet, body image and having tried every single diet known to mankind, I figured I would try a professional. After running tests on many things, we found out I was not absorbing vitamins, have high cholesterol, low thyroid, dangerously low resting blood sugar and gut issues. YAY! Just kidding. Not about that list though. I had no idea there were so many things going on (besides my diet) that were contributing to my low energy and absolute inability to lose weight anymore. There seemed to be nothing I could do. But Willie convinced me otherwise. We even did tests to find food sensitivities and the foods that cause the most inflammation for me. I was not surprised the 2 main offenders are dairy and gluten. Creating a food plan that worked for me would be painful and a grieving process...no joke. The reason it took me this long to even get to Willie is that I did not want to give up pizza and I did not want to invest the work and time I knew it would take to find a good balance with food and to achieve my optimum body weight. BUT...I did. Almost 5 months into working with her, I finally feel like I am in a rhythm. For the first time in my life I do not feel like I am on a diet. I eat a massive variety of foods, I cook more, I plan better for the week and I set myself up for success day in and day out, with healthy snacks that work for me (and sometimes I do eat pizza). I don't count calories ..I simply eat the foods that make me feel good and healthy. As time goes by, I miss the foods I dumped, less and less. When I do choose to indulge on those dumped foods I feel bloated, sometimes nauseated and really, really tired. It also takes me a few days to feel my energy go back up again...so most of the time, it isn't worth it. I've lost around a pound a week, which felt really frustrating at first. A yo yo dieter, I often starved myself or lost a ton of water weight in the beginning of diets (which is really bad for you of course), so I would lose weight on the scale, fast. This time, I am actually losing weight for real and gaining muscle as I exercise and make that more of a routine as well. I have learned through Wille that with my particular body, the whole fasting thing and these long breaks between meals was hurting me and setting me up for disaster over and over. I have learned so much from Willie about taking care of myself and eating frequently in a way that 1. I don't think about or obsess about food so much. 2. I don't feel deprived. 3. I finally feel like I am living the cliché that I have made a "lifestyle" change. 4. Cravings for specific foods have all but disappeared. The only thing that brings them back is hormones sometimes or if something really emotional happens. And now I am better at identifying those feelings so I don't have to eat them. So..it's not perfect, but it is so much better. I feel that most of us know what the best eating plan is for us...we just don't want to let go of the foods that give us the most comfort. And maybe you won't have to..but finding out exactly what my unique body needed and where I could thrive the most, changed my life for the better. I am so grateful for Willie and as we come to a close of the program I am working with her, I plan to just segue to individual sessions once every few weeks to check in and continue to receive her support and guidance, because she is that good. If you are finally ready to let go and face the fact that you can have the body you want and you can have the energy level you want..and you can be healthy through focus, dedication, education and hard work, I would highly recommend Willie Victor.

It was tempting to just do one of the many fad diets out there - whole30, keto, etc - but I wanted to treat this seriously in hopes that it would really stick (as opposed to just a month of doing something aggressively, then falling back into my old ways). After seeing Tammy, I lost the last 10 pounds of baby weight I had been carrying around, lowered my blood pressure, BMI and body fat, increased my hydration levels, and lost a full 1.5 inches in my waist. More importantly, her lessons really sunk in - I'm officially out of the program and am still carrying on strong. I've even converted my husband, dad, and step-mom too! Overall, the experience wasn't as tough as I thought it'd be. If you're genuinely wanting to make a change, this will work for you. One additional piece that helped me - when Tammy recommended supplements to go along with the program, I went to our nearby vitamin shop and ended up talking with the pharmacist who helped explain the supplements and give her thoughts as well. I found it super helpful to have multiple viewpoints. Thanks Tammy!

Since birth, I had been blessed to indulge and eat whatever and whenever I wanted and stayed trim and healthy. But when I turned 50 years old, and was postmenopausal, my body and metabolism, suddenly took a turn! So you can imagine, I was in shock and disbelief at my annual checkup, when the doctor informed that my cholesterol and glucose levels were high! I was determined to avoid medication thru a change of diet and with regular exercise but didn't know how to go about it until Cassale came along! During my first 15 minute complimentary consultation with her, I learned so much and wanted her to continue on with my session(s). Cassale assessed my hormonal imbalance, analyzed my blood test results and asked a load of questions on my health and lifestyle. She then came up with a goal for my calorie daily intake, a personalized balanced diet with vitamin and mineral supplements, educated me on good fats, bad fats, inflammation, cleansing, essential nutrients, and food combos, etc! With the knowledge she passed on to me and with her positive encouragement, it was easy to make better choices for myself. Today, still under her guidance, I continue to manage my cholesterol and glucose levels through diet, supplements and exercise, without taking any medications so far! Cassale, not only has improved my overall health and energy, but also for my husband and twelve year old son! And best of all......they listen to her! You want Jamie Campbell in your health corner -- I cannot recommend her enough…read more I came to Jamie in my mid-40s as a full-time working mom of two who simply didn't feel like myself anymore. I was dealing with bloating, middle-of-the-night wakeups and racing thoughts, stubborn weight gain despite a healthy lifestyle, and that frustrating sense that something was "off." The confusing part? I felt like I was doing everything right. I ate whole foods. I exercised 5-6 days a week. I followed structured fitness programs and meal plans. But at 41, my body suddenly felt like it was shifting -- and the intense workouts and strategies I'd relied on for years (hello, 60-minute spin classes) seemed to be working against me. Every year at my doctor's appointment, my bloodwork came back "normal." I was told, "This is just what happens as women age. Exercise more. Eat healthier." I kept raising concerns, and for years, I felt dismissed. What I truly needed was not another generic program. I needed a customized plan. Working one-on-one with Jamie over the past year has been transformative. She started by listening -- and I felt heard for the first time. She took a comprehensive, root-cause approach, reviewing detailed bloodwork, the DUTCH hormone and stress test, and a GI Map. From there, we focused on foundational changes: proper hydration, sleep optimization, fueling strategically, heavy lifting with intention, and stress management. Jamie doesn't just hand you a plan -- she layers strategies in a way that is thoughtful, sustainable, and incredibly actionable. She understands the body and the gut deeply. She's honest but kind, motivating without being overwhelming, and she truly walks the walk in her own life. The result? I feel stronger, clearer, and more in control of my health than I have in years. If you've been struggling with symptoms that don't feel "normal" -- even if you've been told they are -- book a consultation with Jamie TODAY. She is simply the best.

Both times, I hesitated because of the cost -- I told myself I was already paying for insurance, so why pay out of pocket for something extra? That decision cost me more than money. I've been dealing with serious health issues since 2018, and I didn't see real progress in my treatment until I finally integrated Shanti into my care team. After a few years working with her, I'm in the best health I can remember in years -- and honestly, the turnaround still shocks me. Shanti has been the cornerstone connecting the dots across a complicated health picture: major weight and puffiness fluctuations, food reactions and allergies, MCAS/histamine issues, mold, migraines, headaches, and joint pain -- all while juggling multiple doctors and endless investigative work. She's been there on the days I could barely move or eat, in real pain and down, and she's helped me build a fuller care team rather than trying to be everything herself. She got me OFF the endless cycle of adding supplements and protocols, and taught me to simplify and actually listen to my body. She's patient, she remembers every detail of my history so I never feel like a number, and she adapts to what's realistic for me rather than forcing one rigid method or diet. We've also gone deeper than the physical -- into the inner work of trauma, stress, and old patterns -- and worked through how my health connects to my marriage, family, work, and travel. What sets Shanti apart is her whole-body, natural approach. She's not someone who pushes a Western medicine fix for everything--she's incredibly attuned to the body's natural rhythms and honors the simplicity and wisdom of how we're built. She challenges me in the best ways, always pushing me toward actual growth while being emotionally supportive and truly caring along the way. And honestly--her approach works. I've been dealing with insulin resistance and hormonal shifts, and in just two months I've experienced a major, positive transformation in how I feel and how my body functions. I first worked with Shanti before my wedding and reached my goals, and came back to her when I decided to come off birth control. The results have been even more powerful the second time around. But I knew I needed to come back even though I didn't want to stop sugar. She has been working with me over the past 7 months, and for the past 4 months I no longer need a caramel latte in the morning to get me going. She is very generous with her knowledge and her follow up emails are specific to what I need and help to keep me on track. I am currently working on uncovering what some of my specific food sensitives are but I could never have gotten to this point with out Karyn! She is an amazing person. When I felt guilty about eating something, she helped me move past that in such a positive way. Before when I would get sick, I would never associate it to the way I was eating. Now when I eat poorly, I can feel the association and the desire is getting less because I don't like the way I feel. Before I could never make that distinction because I didn't know how good it felt to eat better and what it could do for me. If you are thinking of seeing a nutrisionist and you have the opportunity to see Karyn, I would do it. I wasn't ready to make all the changes when I first started seeing her but I am so glad that I didn't let that stop me because she has changed my life in an amazing way!
