I am pleased with Key Renters marketing abilities. I am pleased with Brian Property Manager quick response to my concerns and open line of communication with any problems with the property. That has been great. I am not pleased with the particular maintenance crew that did some work at my property. That said, I opted to have my handyman and myself clean up and fix up the rest of the property to my standard. I live here in Tulsa and I do drive by from time to time. That is my responsibility. That is my solution to that problem. I know the work is done right. Currently, I have reached out to Brian and Hannah (Business Rep) about my financial statements that need better transparency and explanation of deductions. I also have a listed amount of unpaid bills on my online account dashboard with no explanation. These things are easily fixable. "Hey this isn't making sense to me." "Can you find someone in your organization that can help me understand?" Overall, I am rating a 3. Marketing (5). Maintenance (1). Administrative services (3). I contacted Hannah and she was the only person who answered the phone and returned my email. Jordan was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Don't waste your time trying to get ahold of these guys, triple verify with a human - SOPHIE IS AN AI CHAT BOT (Hannah admitted that to me) - that the location is actually real and isn't already pending. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I felt that Pamela was truly on my team and looked out for my best interests, including when she had to remind me of my budget and bring me down from higher prices early on. One of my favorite buildings downtown, known as the "Queen of the Tulsa Skyline" (of course it's…read morefemale). It is listed on the National Record of Historic Places. It was built in 1927 by oilman Waite Phillips (notice the W.P. seals on the elevators) and his wife, Genevieve Elliot. It was designed by Edward Delk, a prize-winning architect who also designed the Philbrook. It is said to have been inspired by gothic revival styles and embellished with Art Deco details. The red and green tile roof stands out as one of its characteristic features. It is 24 stories and was the tallest building when it was completed. During the 1950's, it was home to many commercial enterprises. W. P. donated the building to the Boy Scouts who then sold it in 1977 to a group of Tulsa investors. In 2004, floors 12-20 were made private luxury residences. It was the first ever mixed-use high rise.
