I believe I saw her twice before she went on maternity leave and it was truly beneficial. She uses this electric current machine I believe is called PEMF therapy. I am not sure what it is called but I remember you went down my spine with it and was immediately able to detect where I had my epidural injection. The area immediately reacted to the current. It was tingling and I was aware of the injection site for the rest of the day but after that I felt no stiffness or sensitivity. I have had so many moms tell me that the weather affects their injection site and feel pain. But to this day I have not and I truly think it's because of the therapy. Aside from that she helps align me and loosen up my hips and lower back. I love her so much a brought in my newborn and later my husband. During the X-ray, he told me I had mild scoliosis which I never knew. The thing I appreciate about Dr. G is that he'll do the adjustments a little bit each time. I can't imagine going through all those cracks and manipulation like the videos on social media. There's also a therapy room in the back for ice/heat treatment as well as a roller table. Quality was lacking. The "treatment" I got was underwhelming. I'm used to the Chiropractor telling and explaining things to me, I'd expect especially on a 1st visit. Prob spent less that 3 minutes talking to me. Just had the worker slap some gel pads on my shoulder and told me to tell her when to say stop. I've had this done MANY times. There's supposed to be some info given, some explanation as to how high to go as far as how much stimulation you want or can take. My person just said, "tell me when to stop". So I won't be back here, still on the lookout for somewhere new. This place was recommend by my work, now I know why my coworkers don't go here anymore.

She said, "you haven't been here in a while, you'd need to make a new patient appt... and I'm not sure we take your insurance anymore anyway." I asked why I would need to do a new patient appointment (which includes X-rays and is more expensive), and she responded, "uh you haven't been here since 2024." I then asked if that was a policy because I don't remember being told that, and she said, "uh no but it's been 2 years and I don't even know if we take your insurance anymore." So I said okay, can you check if you still take my insurance and I'll make an appointment for a later time. Her response: "the person that checks insurance isn't here but I can take a note." The attitude throughout the entire call was rude and unprofessional. I would understand if this was clearly explained as a policy, but that wasn't the case.
