My husband noticed an etched spot on our beautiful new bathroom counter top (a polished petrified wood) in the guest bathroom. We could not figure out what had happened to mar the surface. I called Bart at Dura-Mar (they installed all of the beautiful counters in our new home), who came over and determined that someone had spilled a soda on it. He had to completely grind down and re-polish the surface (took about 3 hours). It was as good as new--and he did it for no charge! His workmanship is impeccable.
