We used Caring Transitions for the space planning services and for unpacking/settling for my mom,…read moreand to say that we were "happy with everything" would be a gross understatement. The whole team was nothing shy of EXTRAORDINARY! They met and then far surpassed all of our expectations. When it came to space planning, they worked with us with utmost patience, professionalism, and speed with creating a furnished floor plan and 3D rendering of the new independent living apartment. We changed our minds numerous times, and every time they quickly updated the model and provided their recommendations. Three people helped with the unpacking and settling. After completing the unpacking, every drawer and cupboard felt like a display shelf at a high-end retail store! They respected all of my mom's items and carefully and meticulously found the best place for each and every item inside the apartment. They did not drag on the job but rather performed a Herculean task in just one day. They checked in throughout to ensure my mom's preferences were dialed into the execution. Caring Transitions felt like angels had descended from the heavens, worked their magic, and went back. They did not just perform a service, but they truly cared, were incredibly trustworthy, and took pride in their work + helping us. Caring Transitions changed our lives in the best way possible, given our difficult circumstances, and we will forever be grateful. I highly recommend this incredible franchise!!

They are timely to meetings and carefully explain details of the sale. In my case, I wanted to clear my house quickly in order to complete repairs and list with a realtor. Their staff is highly efficient and friendly. They take care of collecting, cleaning, pricing, staging, selling, and final clear out. Call them at least a month before you are ready for the sale. The only glitch experienced was that my final proceeds check was lost/misdirected by the USPS. Steve remedied that by issuing a new check and personally delivering it to my new residence.

First visit was Q1 2024 for a pickup load of "hot" mushroom compost, the second visist was Q4 2024 for a pickup load again of Promix organic mushroom compost for $70 + tax. Each time the guy at the counter was cool, just doing his job kind of way. That good. He told me to follow this guy on the tractor with the loader. I knew this would be janky because I am a terrible driver and non understanding of such directions. The young fella on the tractor made allowances for me, I could tell he knew I was gonna make a wrong turn or some crazy move. His eyes told me "crazy woman driver" and I was just fine with that. He hadn't seen me yet with a shopping cart at Walmart attempting to manuever through the aisles. 12 year old grandson gave me a few directions and it all came out just fine. This Promix Mushroom compost is not recommended to go direct on the garden / flower beds as it needs to cook a bit longer. I add it as a topping mix over the winter to break down on top of fallow beds and/or to mix into the compost heaps to help the fermentation. It works.

This place rocks, literally and figuratively!…read more LITERAL: All kinds of rocks, from smooth, tiny pebbles to big, edgy boulders, can be found here. The variety of gravel is displayed right outside the main building, so a short stroll will bring you across everything they have. The name of each collection is clearly labeled, so customers can match the look to the pricing sheet. Once you decide what material you'd like, pull your vehicle around the simply-laid and paved path to the pile of your choice. The employees will take care of loading, and while they try to be mindful of your car's load capacity, that's something you'll want to know coming in. FIGURATIVE: The customer service is sincere and sweet! The lady we met in their spacious, air-conditioned building walked us outside to a patch of gravel we might have missed, explained the whole process mentioned earlier, and invited us to ask questions as needed. The guys who helped load were as friendly as they were efficient. And the real kicker--they've accounted for the Kids! There's a Dig Zone on the north side of the building where our Kiddo hung out for a little bit. It would be even better with some sort of cover overhead but that it's there at all is so cool.
