I was looking for a dentist for my husband and I since we don't have dental insurance. After searching a lot I came across this place in Mexicali. Same day I called they were able to get us in. The office is clean and all the staff is very nice. They explained everything they were doing and are great at what they do. They charge in dollars but it is way more affordable than what a dentist would charge in California. I totally recommend this place. read more

Searching for veneers in Mexicali not sure if this place does them will call and ask. It came up so I wanted to leave my experience with them. Back in 2010 I came in, referred by another dentist office in Mexicali to come here if i wanted a nice clean job. My front tooth had been worn off and had major sensitivity. I initially went elsewhere and immediately the product they used had chipped off plus it was a lumpy bad job I'm actually glad it came off. 10 year later on Castillos work, I still have them. He ended up shaping my two front teeth. He had given me 2 year warranty on work. A fyi you will not need Mexican currency they charge you dollar bills only. read more

Dr. Castillo is HONEST. He has been our family dentist 20 years ago. He has saved our family and friends lots of money. Besides being honest he's charismatic,efficient and knowledgeable. read more

On my way to Mexicali I had a dental emergency and due to yelp reviews I decided to visit this dental office. I like that the hour of business are very convenient location is clean. The staff are welcoming and polite. The dental work is excellent they had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I did not feel any pain during my procedure and dentist explained everything he was doing. Very professional staff. read more

Very unprofessional and unsanitary!!!! I took my husband to get his 3 new crowns and they kept falling off and became inflamed and Dr. Fernando didn't put his crowns on right. And secondly, when he was doing procedures on my husband he wasn't wearing gloves and neither was the dental assistant! This place should be shut down for not following sanitary procedures. On top of that Dr. Fernando was very unprofessional and rude with me because I was upset on how bad he messed up my husbands teeth, not only did he mess up his teeth but he left a hole in my husbands gums in which air got in and his gums began to smell which has never been a problem before! I told Dr. Fernando I wanted a refund but he only wanted to give me half of the amount I gave him! When I tried to tell him what was going on with my husband he didn't want to hear it and told me to stay in the waiting room! Very unprofessional and horrible work! DON'T COME HERE!!! read more
