When you sign…read moreyour new patient paperwork, one of the papers that they have you sign is authorization to keep a card on file. I signed this and didn't think anything of it. That is until about a year later I had a charge from my account of over $150 from this facility with no call, no warning just the debit from my account. I called them and they said that there was an issue with billing my insurance and that was the owed part that they had to pay so they deducted it from my account. I immediately called Blue Cross Blue Shield and got to the bottom of it. Because I had two insurance policies at the time and only one was billed, they wanted the visit to be billed through my employer's insurance. The BCBS agent told me to have the facility resubmit everything with my employer insurance policy. I called back and spoke to Sandy and told her this. She was somewhat argumentative and was trying to talk to me like I was dumb. And told me "there's no point in filing it they aren't going to approve it anyway". I asked her if she could still file it anyway and she said OK fine. A month later I never heard anything back so I called Blue Cross Blue Shield again. They had never received the new bill. The agent said "have her resubmit it; It hasn't been over a year since your visit and it will be approved. I don't know why she's telling you there's no point. It will be covered and the original was filed timely so it's fine just have her resubmit." So I called back to the facility, asked for billing. No one answered, left a voicemail. A few days later called back was transferred to billing. Even though Sandy was there, she refused to talk to me, because I was talking to another person who would put me on hold, go talk to Sandy and then come back and talk to me. Very unprofessional. Long story short Sandy never resubmitted the claim to Blue Cross Blue Shield. So a visit that would have been paid in full by both my insurance plans, ended up being charged to me for absolutely no reason other than her laziness and arrogance. So out $158 all for nothing. The NP mary is awesome but their billing/office staff not so much.

Don't recommend. They were all really nice in the beginning but...It takes 7-11 days or more…read moreaverage to get a perscription refill if any. They aren't good at follow up calls with refills, labs or much of anything. Went in for urinalysis and had to keep calling to see what the doctor recommended. Day 8 and a few calls to them the NP finally left a message with the front desk in case I called again about my results instead of calling me. They cancel appointments a lot and then have you come back in because it's been too long since your labs to go over them- at no fault of mine. Not cool. Find another doctor somewhere else is my solid advice.

In My opinion the service from this office has went down hill. On several occasions I have had my…read moreprescriptions messed up form the office, and have had to go back a day or two later to get it straightened out, after spending good money for an office visit in which it should have been done correctly to begin with. The last straw was when the office would not refill my scripts while I was out of town with the military doing my job. When I returned I scheduled, was billed for, and paid for an appointment to have my scripts refilled, because I was out. Two days later nothing, After 5 hours of my time wasted, another trip to that office, and 3 trips to the pharmacy I had my script refilled. I have also had to speak with Dr. Rodriquez before about a staff member at the front desk. Needless to say neither I or my family will not be back. Your mileage may differ.
