I swear they bent over backwards to get me in that Jeep. I was upside down in my old car, but they were still able to get me in a price range that didn't make me cringe...too much (I'm cheap). All jokes aside, I've gotten vehicles from other places in the past, but can assure you that I will never again get a vehicle unless it comes from a Cass Burch lot. When my husband called and was connected with the service department, he asked the receptionist for an appointment to come in the same day within two hours when we would be arriving in Valdosta. She ended up kindly giving us a time to come in and told us to ask for our service rep Antonio. When we pulled up there were a few cars in the check in queue as it was a busy day at the dealer. After about 15 minutes, Antonio got us checked in. Before an hour passed, Antonio came to us in the waiting area to inform us that the problem had been identified by the service tech as an object from the road having made a hole in the AC condenser... not good news, fortunately thanks to Antonio and team... this will be fix by Friday hopefully by mid day...And one observation, there are a lot of employees at this dealer in some areas seemingly hanging around not doing anything. Is there possibility some connection between this and the two star rating? My husband and I spent the first fifteen minutes looking closely at a brand new 2025 4Runner Limited, sitting in it, looking at the sticker and not one sales representative ever approached us even to say hello or how we were doing. Things that make you go hmmm. This a high 3.75 rating for customer service.

She was told by the management in the shop they do not honor Fidelity extended warranty's My wife in fear of being stranded then said well ok can y'all check it out So they then went and told her she had a broke axel and busted cv joints and that the cost for the repair would be a total of 2100 bucks she called me at work upset to tell me this . Knowing that this didn't sound right did some calling around to other shops then we called the Tallahassee Ford dealer ship and told them the story . well long story short other dealerships said this was not correct Fidelity insurance is owned by Ford as well apparently . So they was just trying to scam to get there commissions off sold parts ... what they told me was illegal you have to honor all warranty's I will not be doing business there and don't recommend them to anyone . Tallahassee Ford will now get my business and timberland just missed out on a new car sell as well

Adam and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful and they do top-notch work. I am not exaggerating when I say they have been the best service and repair people I have ever dealt with. Compared to other places I've dealt with which did sub-par work, had massive delays, or impossible schedules Stallings has always been able to see my vehicle quickly, and do highest-quality work with great turnaround. If you are in the greater Tallahassee-Thomasville area and need service on your Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge, I cannot recommend Stallings highly enough. Only caveat is as of this review, they do not have any EV-certified techs so they cannot work on any EV or hybrids, but they are apparently in the process of getting one of their people certified so hopefully in the near future that will pan out.
