We hired Billy Jones and his wife, Jamie Jones, co-owners of Rescue Grading & Landscaping, also known as Rescue Outdoor Living and Pinnacle Mountain Outdoor Solutions, to complete our backyard. Our yard was demolished and left unfinished. Almost 12 weeks later, the promised materials were never delivered, and Billy stopped showing up or answering our calls. An equipment rental company even came to our home looking for a machine they told us had been rented for our project but had not been paid for. We are now left with an unsafe, unusable backyard and will have to hire someone else to repair and complete the work. Please be extremely careful before hiring Billy Jones, Jamie Jones, or any of these companies. We have pictures, messages, payment records, and videos documenting our experience.
