So it hosts a lot of bus groups and Viking cruise passengers, because it can handle the volume. Breakfast is busy even when the hotel isn't full...anyone who needs to pay a premium to get breakfast included should consider a local cafe instead.
That aside, it is quite nice, with very modern, comfortable, quiet rooms, and great public spaces. Everything is well designed and maintained. The executive floors are over 20% of the hotel, so there seems a good chance generally for an elite upgrade there.
The location is tricky. It's beyond the edge of Old Town, so easier for automotive access but a bit of a walk to the major sights; on the other hand, it's adjacent to the Florenc transit hub and the more typical Karlin neighborhood, making it a possibly good choice for business visitors. And from what I've seen, it's generally cheaper than equivalent hotels more centrally located.
