My partner and I didn't realize we needed to make an appointment to view rings when we showed up on a Saturday. But Myriam was so kind and understanding that she squeezed us in the same day. I quickly found the right ring for me and soon she found an ethically sourced gem that was perfect for the ring. She answered all of my questions, including details about the stone and its inclusion and, soon, it was time to pick it up! It's stunning. I was so moved I cried. I'd never had a custom ring made before and Myriam was attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and a gentle guide through this entire process. I can't recommend her and her design studio enough.

Misleading Advertising and Extremely Poor Management…read more I placed two separate orders on the same day during their Christmas promotion. My card was charged, and both orders remained pending -- one for 20 days and the other for 30 days. No one contacted me. It was only after I reached out myself that I was informed they would not honor the advertised prices and would not sell the items to me. In other words, they charged customers during a sale and then quietly canceled the orders weeks later. The refund does not fix the inconvenience, the wasted time, or the complete lack of professionalism. What made this worse is that the person who contacted me was the manager, Elaine. Instead of resolving the issue properly, there was no accountability, no meaningful solution, and no attempt to make things right. This situation could not have been handled more poorly. This was my first purchase with this company -- and it will absolutely be my last. If you value transparency, integrity, and basic customer service, I would strongly advise caution before ordering from them.
