I got a loan through the company to build my credit back up and it has worked!!!! I had a medical emergency in my family which I had to leave the state for almost a month, I forgot to call them but they called me of course. I was in the hospital so I had terrible phone service, so when I called them back and was trying to let me know what was going on the lady was trying to over talk me being very rude and nasty which I think her name was Cindy and I cant believe that she has a job dealing with customers cause she is horrible in my book!!!! Then she threatens to turn my account over to collections but at this point im so pissed that I tell her to do whatever and I hung up. I will be paying them off soon and there interest rates are horrible because if your credit rate is low your a at risk customer. but I was approved with a bank loan with great rates and lower payments so heights finance you can kick rocks, I GIVE YOUR COMPANY A NEGATIVE ZERO RATING!!!!!!!!
