I received an email from Erik with my auto quote and to call with any questions. I had a few questions and Erik was able to take my call right away. He fixed my quotes due to some wrong address and told me about all the discounts available. I came in the office today to get everything set up and started. The office was easy to find parking is hit or miss though. They are located in downtown Elizabethtown, so public parking and not a private lot. So parking it shared by the courthouse and other places. The office is beautifully restored, tall ceilings and minimalist decor that just enough to be stylish and not overwhelming. Erick was ready with my folder and get my policies started! I didn't have a couple of information was needed, but he was able to get everything started. I was able to call back the next day and bam! She was so patient, knew exactly what I was doing and knew the forms I needed. When I asked for a price quote, she took the time to ask a few more questions to be able to give a better quote range. She did stay within her price range and it was a fair price. When I arrived the next day, Lori was very thorough, efficient and asked questions making sure we didn't overlook any deductions. She is very friendly, sincere and honest. She is very knowledgeable! Since we filed out of state taxes, before processing she wanted to do a double check and go through every detail making sure she didn't miss anything. Loved it!!! I will definitely be coming back next year and telling all my friends and anyone looking for an accountant about her. Thank you!!!
