This afternoon 1-2-26 i stopped by the store…read morethat is located on Wildwood (in the Academy Sports Parking Lot} asked for 2 packs of Lucky Strike REDs, the cashier rang up 2 packs of Lucky Strike GOLDS --- NOT the same thing, BEFORE even leaving the counter after the transaction, I noticed they weren't the same and asked for them to be replaced with what I asked for.... The cashier called "Ashley" whom i assume to be the manager from the back... who came to the front....explained what had transpired, and asked for the exchange.... I was told they won't exchange them... it "messes up the count"... I stated just give me my money back and I would go elsewhere.... "we don't refund" all sales final....... and literally walked off!!!!! So, basically the store can screw up !!!! take your money !! and you have to be fine with it!!!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A SHELL STATION THAT IS OWNED BY THIS COMPANY!!! I do however plan to get the owners name and phone number and launch a complaint!!!! Horrible Horrible service and attitudes!!!!!

Anyways, the dog park is kind of on the side/ behind the building, not the little fences area in front. Went inside and bought a cup of ice and had a empty cup. She charged me 53 cents for a empty small cup, so stupid. Whats stupid it.... there was 2 ladies helping people. Then one goes to bag people's purchases while the other rings them up...... there was about 8 or 9 people in line..... do your jobs.... it doesnt take 2 people to check 1 person out.
