Paid for the pizza and had a seat and cheerfully occupied myself on my phone while they immediately remade the pizza (no apology, no offer of water, nothing) 20 minutes later the correct pizza was completed on the remake. Was handed the pizza by a teenage girl who thanked me and left. Then I walked to my car. As I was closing the car door a different teenage girl (thin, petite, brunette with glasses) ran up to my car shouting "excuse me was that pizza paid for" (her coworker had clearly handed me the pizza) This was too much. Getting a simple order wrong, having to wait for a remake, no apology, then a 16 year old running up to my car and basically accusing me of not paying for a silly pizza. I smiled sweetly and said "yes I had plenty of time to pay for a thirty dollar pizza since they got the order wrong the first time and had to remake it" She then said "oh" (no apology for the bizarre implication I hadn't paid for the pizza.) Very weird and bizarre situation. Very disappointing and although I'll be retiring back to the area, and Happy Joe's was a staple of my childhood, I won't be back.
