As newish customers of Citizen's Bank, I was unaware of their customer service however, I learned today they could care less whether you or anyone else banks with them. Today, my husband went to buy a few rolls of coins for me and was greeted by a hate-filled woman who first insisted that she would not sell him coins and then agreed to only sell him a roll or two of coins that were not "their" coins (meaning customer rolled coins NOT machine wrapped coins). She insisted that they didn't have any half-dollar rolls or dollar rolls and he could not order them even if he wanted to order them. He later called me and told me that Citizen's Bank very obviously does NOT want to do business with citizens! We will be taking our accounts elsewhere! Banks, in Kentucky, are like churches. There is one on every street corner. There is absolutely no reason to bank with a bank that can't sell its own customers coins!
