Building is very clean and everything in the room worked perfectly (AC, kitchen appliances, hot water). It was also very quiet, I'm a light sleeper and didn't have any issue sleeping through the night. Excellent coffee bar at bottom level. Nearly every morning I would have an espresso and a croissant. Bicycles available at lobby and the Pietra square is a few minute ride which was really great for shopping, eating, and people watching. Lots of cool old buildings, authentic Italy, I love it. Very large keypad-entry storage and bike room with stand and tools for maintenance and bike cases. World class riding for road and mountain from the location regardless of skill level.
