This is a mozarella bar, and from our tours we learned about how they raise the cows in this region for this famed mozarella. Now I can't compare to other places here in Italy, but I was definitely pleased with what we ordered. We had the burrata. It was presented nicely on a plate with the Bufala mozarella in the center with accompanying anchovies, tomatoes and bread. I wasn't aware of the fish before ordering, but I gave it a go. Everything on the plate together balances out. Amaze-mozzarella-balls! Pair it with some vino and you have yourself a great snack!

It's not really a known spot because it's a little hidden, but it's right near the train station and if you want to get a quick bite to eat that's also an amazing price you should stop here. He allowed my friend and I to sample the cheese first and brought out some fresh cheese he had just made as well. Such a kind man who cares about his customers and also sells amazing products. The owner is super congenial. He grew up less than a block away. His shop is eight years old but he's not on Facebook yet. So he needs a little help becoming more visible perhaps. The cheese was great. We talked for a long time. The shop is worth visiting!
