Worst service ever! I took an appointment via apple website (in English) and arrived happily…read morethinking that my iPhone 6 screen will finally be repaired. I told on Apple customer service chat that I live 130km away and I cannot come during the day. If I should rather send it in. No he said the Genius Bar in Bordeaux has evening appointments open. So I drove 1h30 to get here to meet the extremely arrogant and not at all helpful lady who told me that a) My appointment is not in the system (I showed her the service chat and appointment noted on at my apple account but she successfully ignored this fact) b) even if I was in the system they wouldn't repair my phone because they wouldn't have time to finish it before closing. 130km drive didn't interest her at all. Neither the fact that I already took an appointment (with proof). The most disturbing was not "not being served".It was rather because of her "non customer oriented arrogant" behavior and inflexibility. Positive was that another gentleman came for rescue and kindly apologized and told "of course they would do their best" and "of course it is unnecessary to drive another 260km for the repair". So he checked the appointments and said it was possible. The evening was saved but it will not make us forgive the LOW QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE we have received by the front lady named "Tatiana".
