I called today to try and make similar arrangements and to pre-pay. When I tried to call (really that's where I started) , the most bizarre "voice" answered - pretty sure it was the world's worst AI. The AI claimed it couldn't hear me and hung up on me. I tried to call again and did get a human being but it was a callback service. I also tried filling out a form but that directed me to a sales person who wanted to know when to call. When I asked to speak with the same person I dealt with 9 years, they responded that no one is there from 9 years. Since we worked with the owner 9 years ago, that must mean Advantage was sold.

This is the second death our family has experienced in the last few months and costs are unfortunately, of great concern. We were looking for a simple cremation for our loved one and we met with BrIan Hahn at Jones, Rich and Barnes Funeral Home. We did not have an appointment and were only in town for a couple of days. Brian dropped everything to meet with us and although we were not able to use his company's services, he was generous, compassionate and thoughtful. He guided us to another service which was able to provide what we were looking for. We will always remember his kindness and generosity at this difficult time for our family.

A friend of ours, Mike Savage, who works part time for Conroy-Tully Walker had highly recommended their services. We are truly grateful to Mike because our experience with CTW was nothing but exemplary. We met with Alyssa before my father's passing to work out the particulars about what my Dad wanted. They respected my dad's wishes for simple cremation services. Alyssa was professional and genuinely empathetic to our needs. She took care of everything and a compiled a comprehensive list of legal tasks that we would need to address. Dealing with a loved one's death is a difficult situation for certain, but working with Alyssa made our experience so much easier. I would without a doubt highly recommend CTW. This is a hard review to write, as the circumstances in which I came to work with Vet At Your Door…read morewere as a result of a difficult time for me. So, while I want to take a moment to sing their praises, I will not be going into great detail. I heard about Vet At Your Door from a friend that had used them when she was caring for her own very elderly cat. With an at the time 17 year old pup of my own, this sounded like an amazing service. I ended up first meeting with them last August after my little one had a particularly hard time during a few days in which I was away. Our initial meeting at my home was immediately very comfortable. Dr. Anderson and Jacquie listened to my concerns and assessed how Zoey (my pup) was doing. They were able to tell me what things to watch for as I continue to love and care for my senior dog. Flashforward about 5 months later, things had progressed with my little one and it felt as though the time had come. Dr. Anderson and Jacquie came to my home. We spent a great deal of time discussing what I had been seeing. Dr. Anderson performed an exam and observed Zoey. Again - without going into detail, I just want to recognize how kind and patient they were with me at this very difficult time. In addition, Dr. Anderson also took time to write a very thoughtful card which was mailed to me afterwards. In short, having a veterinary care option that comes to you rather than you going to them was amazing. Looking back at the years I took Zoey to a regular vet where she was always uncomfortable and scared - I'm disappointed I didn't know about Vet At Your Door sooner. I will definitely recommend them and would love to have them care for any future pets for their whole life.
