Many months after my nightmare visit to this low-budget, quack office, I got a bill for over $300 for my out-of-pocket costs for.... crappy X-rays which harmed me and an exxaggerated probe? uh, these crooks actually billed me as Out-Of-Network! This is what idiots they are! Tried to scam me of over $300 when, in fact, 100% of the crappy X-rays and probing were covered by my insurance! Run. I repeat, do not go to this dump. RUN! I took my daughter here because her current dentist was no longer accepting her insurance. We got an appointment set up with no issues and in a timely fashion. They took X-rays as expected however what I was not expecting was the Dr telling us she had 2 cavities and gingivitis!!! I was shocked and honestly knew that they were making this up. After two weeks of trying to her X-rays sent to us they finally sent them. We then went back to our prior dentist, ( had to pay out of pocket ) they took a look at her X-rays gave her a thorough examination and was told NO CAVITIES and certainly NO GINGIVITIS!!! Everyone is so nice from the ladies checking you in to the dental assistants and the check out ladies. The manager explained what my insurance covers and helped me understand my coverage. The dentist was very gentle and explained the treatment needed with an updated cool scan that shows your teeth in 3D screen. They even have a dentist that does Botox. I went in to Cascade Valley dental because my implant was failing that they put in. They charge me $1300 to take it out and then three weeks later they sent me another bill for 120 and said that it's in addition to the 1300 I would not recommend getting implants there. The dentist that is there is very rude and condescending. He said I needed a deep clean, which I have never had anybody tell me I needed a deep clean, cause I keep up on my dental hygiene very well I felt like he was just railroading me and trying to collect any money that he could from me and then told me I need to come in more than twice a year for a cleaning, even though my insurance wouldn't pay for it. This office has the small town mom n pop feel that is hard to find in dentistry anymore. Everyone is super friendly and the care is top notch. Everyone from the front desk team to the clinical staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions without hesitation and I left there knowing I was in good hands. Reviews are all accurate stay clear of here. All I came in for was a cleaning and to get a filling fixed. They did the first x rays and put my teeth on the screen totally fine, then they persisted I do 2 more different types of x rays, I insisted no I don't want to pay for those. Dr came in and we agreed to fix the filling and re assess in 6 months. Office manager heard and came in and said no I have to do the other X Rays. I got up and said thanks for wasting my time. The female office manager was one of the rudest "professional" I have ever met in this industry told me thanks for wasting our time. ***Update*** Spoke to the manager only because I called her once again 2 weeks later. Though she gets the courtesy of 48 hours to call back , she never did. And when I mentioned this to her she said it's because she's been busy with corporate meetings. She also mentions other offices within the company charge $100 for missed appointment and she was doing a courtesy by only charging $75. She confirmed they do not have pricing listed in new patient paperwork, and she does not have any signage, so really it's all word of mouth. We have to rely on the communication within her office to let us know before hand what the charge would be. She continued to talk over me. Said there's no way to tell if her office did anything wrong with the filling because some patients just have more sensitivity even 3 days prior ( ITS been a MONTH since my filling and still in pain.) and she would not be removing the fee. The ladies in the front greeted me the moment I walked in. Dr Ghobrial was very thorough and didn't let any of my concerns go unheard. Both the back staff and doctor were very gentle with me and made me feel comfortable, especially with having traumatic dentist experiences before. By the end, I didn't feel as nervous as I had going in. This is a team you can trust. I did see some negative reviews which did make me feel uneasy going in, but my experience was far from it. Im not sure what these other reviews are talking about but I had an amazing experience at Cascade Valley Dental. The doctor was very professional and helped me understand my condition and the ladies that work there were all very nice and helpful from the moment I called to make my appt. When I was there the front office was dealing with an extremely rude and verbally abusive lady who was screaming and cussing telling the lady if she didn't do what she told them they have to do she was writing a negative review. I couldn't believe those lady. I wanted to ask her where did she go to dental school and who does she think she is demanding and talking to another human being like this she was just absolutely horrible. I think these negative reviews are just entitled people who are mad they can't have their way. This alone was enough for me to write my review because after that horrible lady threatened them the manager was so professional and handled it so well she still told the lady to have a nice day. I told the manager I thought she handed that situation very well. I will be a forever patient at Cascade Valley Dental because they made me feel comfortable and heard and seeing 1st hand how they handled abusive situations from crazy patients told me a lot about this team. Terrible corporate dentist practice. I went there for an exam and a basic cleaning and because the doctor recommended a deep cleaning they said they cannot provide a basic cleaning. Wasted my afternoon, never have I had a dentist refuse a cleaning because I didn't want to pay for their deep cleaning. It's obvious they only care about making the most money possible and hope that you feel like you've invested too much time there and agree to their upselling. Imagine if I didn't have enough money to pay for a deep cleaning but still wanted a basic cleaning, I would feel terrible that they would refuse to help me because I don't have enough money. If I come in for a basic cleaning they should let me know there's a possibility they will refuse service. I do not recommend this place to anyone! read more

I've been having a lot of pain in my back tooth recently. Went in early last week at this location to give my insurance information to the manager at the front desk to see if I can be scheduled in. I was told they send their insurance info out to be verified first and that they should be hearing back in a day or two. The manager told me that Cascade Dental will call me back to let me know if my insurance is accepted. I left knowing I won't hear back from anyone immediately, but hopefully soon. I didn't hear from anyone at all. I called back three days later and was told that the manager just stepped out, she will be giving me a call later that day. Okay, sounds great. Don't hear from anyone AGAIN. Call early this week, was told that the manager was not in, but they just texted her and I should be hearing back shortly, they will give me a call back. STILL did not hear from anyone. Call a day later at 10am & I was told that the manager will be in after 12pm and she will give me a call then. Wait the whole day with no word from anyone. I call again today and NOW I'm being told that the manager will be in next week and I should call then. Absolutely not. I said I've called four times now and I've been told different things each time. The women on the phone finally admits that the manager has been out for a week and nobody knows how to do the insurance information accept for her. She then puts me on hold so she can speak to the temp manager today and after being on hold for 50 minutes I hung up & called it quits. This is extremely unprofessional behavior. It's inappropriate for me to not only have to call back this many times but to be placed on hold with no explanation for almost an hour. Nevertheless being lied too on numerous occasions. It's ridiculous, I've now gone almost two weeks in pain. I will look for another dental location to visit and I suggest others do too. read more

I disagree with the reviews below.I myself needed to receive a refund and I was told it took 6-10 weeks for my refund to be processed also was told that once my insurance payed out there portion I would be refunded the amount .I believe that if your getting a refund if insurance ended up paying more its money you were not expecting so I wouldn't be upset or mad like the reviews prior to this. Also I had to get a deep cleaning and the hygienist explained the reason for my periodontal issues and why I needed it instead of a regular cleaning.If you payed attention to the hygienist and what she states instead of thinking about the money portion or what your insurance covers you would understand.My mouth feels so much better compared to when I first walked in to the office. I had been with Cascade for 30+ years when my doctor sold the practice to a corporation. In under 2 years, I saw staff turnover at least 3 times. Staff are stressed, not taken care of, and the patience can feel the tension. After they refused to bring back Dr. V. and Sheila from COVID. And after my hygienist left, that was the last straw. Corporate is running the business to the ground, treating staff unethically, and it wouldn't surprise me if there was some under the table type stuff going however I have no evidence of that. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his patients are 100% pleased with their result and provides step by step education about the procedures he performs. He makes his patients feel like their voice and concerns matter. I am so very privileged to call him my dentist! When a procedure involving my smile did not come out quite as I expected, he rose to the occasion to ensure that I would be happy with the final result. Worst dental experience of my life. The dentist said I needed 4 root canals and started on one without properly numbing me. I have had a root canal before and nearly slept through it so I know they should be painless. I kept telling him and he said he gave me the maximum amount of numbing shots. I have never ever cried at a dentist but it was so painful that I couldn't help it and couldn't breathe due to the pain and therefore he had to stop. I paid $200 for the worst pain in my life and ran away as quickly as possible. ($50 was for x-rays so I'm fine with that, but I paid $150 to be drilled and feeling every moment.) After going to a good dentist a couple days later the good dentist said, and I quote, "he could have given you a million shots but none of them will work if they're not in the right place". AND I needed 1 root canal and 3 fillings. So not only did I pay for the worst physical pain I've truly ever felt in my life, they were trying to rip me off. I cannot reiterate more passionately that you should NOT go to this office!! RUN AWAY. read more

This facility has been too up and down with my care. I also had a few root canals and they end up not sizing correctly and then I got a few more temps and those broke. Without any candy or hard food.
