They are efficient, but aren't rushing you out the door. Sam was our son's favorite barber we have seen, but have nothing but good reviews for everyone. Not happy at all! First off. When I sit in the barber's…read morechair for the first time I am very specific about what I want done to my beard. It is imperative that Barbers listen to their customers! I told the barber that I wanted him to take away the flyaways and trim the mustache off my lip. That's it. I should have known there was something wrong when I felt those blade guards touch my skin. Immediately shaved down my mustache and the sides of my beard. Then when I questioned him he said he was just taking off the split ends. Bulshit! This guy does not know what he's doing. At least not with what I wanted. It's now going to take me three or four months to grow back what took him s to take away from me. I will say, he's a nice enough guy. Great conversation.

I tell him I want 1/4 way over my ears and and about 1/2 inch all around and just clean it up, and he agrees... little did I know he didnt know a lick of English.. he rapidly starts taking 1-2 inches off everywhere with scissors and electric razor... he keeps turning me away from looking in the mirror but I keep turning the chair back to see in it.....he takes both my sideburns off in a second and goes above my ears and I stop him immediately - the damage is done.. he doesn't understand why I stop him and gets someone who speaks English (that's when i understand that he doesn't).. I now have a non symmetrical side-wise mullet... I get them to slightly clean it up and get out of there visibly upset (they don't charge me) and now I go tomorrow to somewhere else to try to clean it up before I start my new job...They were busy with all Hispanic barbers and all but one Hispanic clients at the time and all getting quite short cuts (to me), and all seemed nice enough, but check to see if you are being understood in your cut request here (to note I'm a white guy)...I don't understand why they didn't direct me to an English speaking barber for an English looking dude.
